I have these Ice blocking making machines for sale @ a give away price. I am travelling, so I want to sell them off.

2 machines that makes minimum of 50blocks each afta 6hrs of constant light.

Average cost of blocks now is 150naira

Imagine making 150* 50blocks * 2machines = =N=15,000 per day..u do not need any other job again.

Thank you for the great work. Good to have you here. You have really saved us from the hand of fraudsters in the name of consultants.

I asked a question in the previous tread and would also like to ask again.

My friend went for his appointment yesterday, but was given a TB by the guy checking the documents; He was not allowed for the interview because the barcode on his DS-160 is different from the barcode on his interview appointment letter.

He was told that he will be able to use his receipt after 48hrs but he is not really clear on what to do next.

Does he have to fill another DS-160? please can you explain what he is expected to do.

Secondly, apart from 1-20, SEVIS fee, Admission letter from the school, & Bank statement, is there any other documents that may be required during the interview.

For the F1, the VOs will certainly ask to see your SEVIS receipt and your I-20. However, any other documents, such as financial information or other correspondence between the student and the school may be requested, but is not required. Any touts or agents that claim to know the documents that applicants MUST have in order to get a visa are not helpful and in fact, many times it is the people who use touts that are denied visas.

Hello labasckey,

Documents are not typically required - in fact, VOs rarely look at any documentation (except in the case of women wishing to give birth in the U.S.). You will need to explain your circumstances clearly and honestly to the VO and prove that your ties to Nigeria are strong.

There are different requirements for either visa. You can qualify for one and fail to qualify for another.

He needs to apply for an F1 visa if he's planning on enrolling when he arrives in the United States, otherwise his actions will be perceived as purposeful deception in intent.

You've been doing a great job. Just one question ; a friend was recently issued a B1/B2 Visa (intention stated was vacation) and shortly after, just before travelling, the community college he applied to gave him admission and was told his 1-20 is ready.

The question is....can he go ahead to the US on his B1/B2 and apply for a change of status or he has to start the application all over again.

What is his chances of getting a F1 visa after just been issued a B1/B2 visa.
