Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Operations Manager based in Lagos. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing Bukka Hut's operations in a specific region, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The Regional Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing staff and implementing operational policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities

* P&L management (achieving sales and profit targets and projections for area outlets).
* Accountable for developing and achieving the annual business plan for each outlet in your area of coverage by working closely with each -n - outlet manager, accounts, and other relevant departments.
* Ensure that each outlet operates at the strategically accepted gross profit margin.
* Enforce full compliance of your area outlets with production standards such as food quality, taste, and specifications.
* Directly oversee outlet managers within your area to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurants, improve service standards, and achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure outlet managers in your area clearly understand their job expectations, manage their performance, recommend appropriate * training and development programs to bridge performance gaps and adopt appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.
* Enforce adequate training of new staff, and personally oversee the operational and leadership training of supervisors, ARMs, and restaurant managers.
* Ensure full compliance with operational policies across the outlets in your area, such as food presentation, new price updates, QA standards, product taste, specification, etc., and discipline any outlet management that does not comply with set standards.
* Liaise with the business development and brand marketing departments on implementing ideas that will project your area of operations for more business.
* Other duties are assigned to you by the line manager.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant field.
* 5–7 years of experience in the QSR industry
* Good presentation skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
