Job Role: IT Officer Job Location: Lekki Phase 1 Employment Type: full-time Report to: IT Manager Role Summary The IT Officer will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of all our IT systems, such as computers, ERP software, routers, and the internet, and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. You will also oversee the installation and configuration of hardware and software and solve IT problems that may arise in all our business units (restaurant, lounge, & head office). Responsibilities : • Setting up computer LANs for new and existing outlets while providing a solution to IT matters concurrently. • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. • Provide IT support for POS terminals across all our outlets. • Provide support for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other available software. • Oversee the #Internetservices at the Head office and across all outlets, create login details for staff, and restrict access to unauthorized sites, downloads, and users. • Oversee the #website and Customer Order Management system. • Manage all network infrastructures at Head Office and Outlets. • Provide support for Email accounts on the Bukka hut domain, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 7 – Windows 10 • Advise management on new IT #trends and how to take advantage of them to achieve company goals. • Other duties assigned by the Line manager. Requirements: • Have a bachelor’s degree or HND in any related field. • At least 3 years of experience working as an IT Officer in the #Hospitality business. • Experience using #RestaurantSoftware or #ERP. • Ability to set up and configure recipes/inventory. • Ability to work without supervision. • Ability to manage the #Sophosfirewall. • Ability to manage a multiuser network environment. • A solution provider. • Must have 2-3 IT #certifications. Job Role: Delivery Monitoring Agent Job Location: Lekki Phase 1 Employment Type: full-time Report to: Dispatch Supervisor Job Summary The delivery monitoring agent ensures all customers' orders are delivered successfully and within the standard delivery time of 40 minutes across all outlets. Job Responsibilities: • Ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time as specified in the operating procedure. • Identify and escalate operational challenges that may affect delivery targets. • Responsible for developing, coordinating, and communicating efficient riders' work schedules to all outlets and riders. • Respond to queries and complaints from OP, riders, and delivery groups on time. • Collate and reconcile riders ‘delivery charge reports daily using order delivery software. • Report issues with delivery charges and delivery locations for review. • Escalate issues of riders’ misconduct and unethical behavior. • Liaise with the contact center team for prompt communication. • Ensure compliance with laid down processes and procedures for both order processors and riders and escalate noncompliance to the logistics team and/or the contact center management. • Generate and send delivery monitoring reports daily. Job Requirements and Skills: • Experience in logistics operations • Strong communication skills • Ability to learn quickly • Customer service experience is an added advantage. • Must reside within Lekki Phase 1 and its environment. Job Role: Sales Officer Job Location: Island Job type: full-time The ideal candidate should be an agile, driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset willing to learn and contribute to our sales and marketing team.
