My fiancé’s family wants us to do traditional and a small church wedding (family members only) but no court wedding. First of all each relationship is different so you guys are the ones that will sit down and look at things and make a decision whether you will go for K1 or CR1. But i prefer spousal visa than fiance visa. Like i said it is a personal thing.
Secondly you have to be a A - student of usa immigrant process. All you need is right here on the internet. With Google you will learn alot about the process. Infact if you will spend some time to research about the process, timeframe, what to file and how to file those form, you won't need a lawyer to help you on anything. Then if you have questions on something that you aren't clear about people can help you with it. Nobody will start to spoon feed you on basic thing.
