izombie:you are the only one way behind, both you and the other guy you quoted are suffering from.... something.... something...... I mean something more than inferiority complex, maybe let's say a syndrome we call ITK in Nigeria, full meaning I too know, Imagine how many years ago ATM came into Nigeria, and someone said he first saw it in SA.... anyways, the main reason I quoted you is because of the shopping complex and mall Radarada you were saying, both terms can be used interchangeably though there's a slight difference, so don't see your country men as backwards because of a mistake even the white men make... English is not your fathers language, so it's not a trophy, call it a Shopping Centre or mall or whatever, you are still correct.

is NIGERIA a country? ![]() |
CANDYDADDY:the most failed set of people yet they've won the u-17world cup 5times, won gold at the Olympics in 1996,won the cup of nations 3x, runs the most popular Music Industry in Africa, runs nollywood, produced literature legends like Soyinka, chimamanda, late Achebe, the most populous black nation and the list goes on and on.... how is your bastard country fairing, envious Africans. |
WebSurfer:OK sir, I have heard...me way never see aeroplane b4 make I just shut up. |
... |
WebSurfer:oga have a nice day.... I no know the Kenya way you dey take compare Nigeria, whether it's the Kenya that I know or another one, infact.... you are the one really suffering from inferiority complex, as for were you stay in Nigeria, you can change your environment, it's not only eko Atlantic that we have in Nigeria, believe in your country for once and stop complaining. do your best to change the situation, it's your country, nobody will change it for you, quit the comparison and complain. |
WebSurfer:OK Mr traveller, at least I know for sure that no city in your beloved Kenya comes close to eko Atlantic that is still under construction... you travel, but I guess you still got poor taste, as for your definition of mental slavery, at least, that write up there isn't what my dictionary tells me, have a good day. |
WebSurfer:mental slavery of what sort? or you don't understand what mental slavery means?... I find it astonishing how one keeps speaking I'll of his own country, if Nigeria is not doing fine today, then it is you and I that is to be blamed... there is an adage that goes "where man no dey na him dey hungry am". that's what your problem is, my mama food no sweet no mean say our neighbour own Better pass. maybe Abuja is not beautiful, then take a walk to Lagos, vi, ikeji, lekki, ikoyi, perhaps hopes might spring up for you and you will see that your comparison of Kenya and NIGERIA is pure shit! I don't know the village you've stayed in at Abuja that is making bring such comparison, but pls, for the love of country, never speak I'll of your birth place. |
WebSurfer:and have you been to all parts of Nigeria b4...have you?...am not trying to defend the poor state of Nigeria, perhaps you've only been to the ghetto parts of this country, but don't forget that even Kenya has horrible areas worse than Nigeria, you forget that we still have some tribes in Kenya that civilisation has not touched... so saying that Kenya is better than Nigeria is a big joke... next joke pls. |
WebSurfer:even some Kenyans wish they were Nigerian, NIGERIA is bad, true. but saying that Kenya is better than us in "all" aspect is an overstatement, you need to go out and see how foreigners admire Nigerians, we are hard working, good people, it's just that we have been placed with the burden of cursed leaders and religious fanatics,we still got good people in Nigeria you know. |
after voting for buhari and his apc gangsters, you want to run and leave us in this mess.... you better come back here, we are in this together. |
I knew it would be the whites or Latino race, this people are not as emotionally strong as Africans... Nigerians are already used to heartbreaks, both in politics, economy, sports, religion and others. hence what can't kill you makes you stronger. |
haaryobhami:kk... I got your point. |
haaryobhami:are you kidding me, single handedly? stop the false praise, Ronaldo is a striker not a defender, goalkeeper and midfielder, so how can he "single handedly" take his team to the World Cup, everybody played there parts right, the only thing you should say is that Ronaldo had a big influence on the team, but telling me he single handedly took his team to the euros or World Cup is like saying he played the role of a stricker ,midfielder, defender and goalkeeper at the same time... football is not chess, it has to do with team work and not one man. |
Noblewhiz:oga, if you can't take the heat, then leave the kitchen... the ones knocking out big teams, do they have two heads?, I know it's not so easy, but that's a ridiculous excuse to give when all the representatives from one continent left the competition at the start, not even one could qualify for the round of 16,and you are still trying to defend there horrible performance ... let's say it as it is, enough of the excuses, African teams are terrible, period ! |
deebrain:I gat no chill left... imagine five empty vessels been sent to represent the continent, and all five came back home quickly.... look at Russia going to the quarter finals, something NIGERIA has been praying for since USA 94,abi na swear dey follow dem. |
abeg lemme talk my mind... African teams are big disgrace, they could not even hold on at the last minute, almost all African teams conceded last minute goals... even when victory was hand over to Nigeria In a plate, they threw it away... now look at small teams advancing to the quarter finals, this should have been an opportunity for an African country to make it to the semis, instead they all went home at the group stage, all five of em ,infact African countries should be given only one slot... if possible, banned from the World Cup, they are all useless. |
haaryobhami:which of the cr7 and messy do you mean, the ones that got knocked out at the round of 16 or the ones from Jupiter?... comparing Ronaldo and messi to De lima Ronaldo or zidane is pathetic de lima ronaldo- World Cup 1998 finals, lost to france World Cup 2002, won World Cup 2006 lost to france confederations cup 2006 won zidane -World Cup 1998 won World Cup 2006 lost to Italy at the finals messi- World Cup 2014 lost to Germany at the finals ronaldo- no appearance at the World Cup finals so I don't understand your comparison, when it comes to club levels Ronaldo and messi outdo the rest, but comparing them to the greats like George best, maradona, zidane, de lima Ronaldo, ronaldinho and so on when it comes to the worldcup is simply outrageous. |
grandstar:point of correction... it was 2009 |
kenddys:guy... you nailed it, I hate arguing with my country men when it comes to football, they argue like nursery school students... use for example, NIGERIA lost to CROATIA and everybody said they played rubbish because they couldn't score goals, forgetting that we dominated that match but our problem was formation and set pieces, Nigerians quickly concluded that the SE would lose to Iceland because ICELAND plays better football, now we beat ICELAND and we are about to face ARGENTINA, and some people said we won ICELAND cos they are a small team and that SE won't beat ARGENTINA, I had to give up on Nigerians ...cos they don't know anything about football except goals. |
as it stands, the Argentines should be the ones fearing for there life... the SE are very good in counter attack, the Argentine defence was porous against CROATIA, and the South Americans are fond of going All Attack when desperate for a win, leaving their defence and goal post even more vulnerable against a counter attacking Nigerian side.... so all the eagles need to do is try hold ARGENTINA to a goalless draw till like the 75th minute, then desperation will set in for Argentina, they will go all attack, and NIGERIA can capitalise on that to hit them on a counter. |
the Argentines are arrogant... and I pray they lose to Nigeria on Tuesday, na bucket we go give them make dem cry well. |
Gudiza:oga... Itz not this rubbish we are saying... you are talking off point, the point is, why will the headlines be "NIGERIA BEATS ICELAND TO GIVE ARGENTINA HOPE"...instead of "NIGERIA BEATS ICELAND TO KEEP THERE HOPES ALIVE"...its as if they were trying to say that ARGENTINA can play rubbish against other teams, but there "servant" NIGERIA can help them go through by losing.... that's a big insult to our football team, bit I hope we prove them wrong on Tuesday, so that you can lick your Argentine masters ass on there way to the airport. |
I noticed it... those analyst are mad, both the Argentine fans asking Nigeria to beat Croatia are mad, they performed woefully against Iceland and Croatia and they think they can use Nigeria to shine... this is enough reason for the eagles to be motivated and disgrace Argentina on Tuesday, the insult is becoming too much, who do they think they are, who is Messi, was he not present when they were trashed by Croatia and drew against Iceland... even when we trashed them in the friendly, they still said it was because Messi never played, I don't know whats all of a sudden giving them the confidence... but I pray Nigeria shuts there mouth on Tuesday, so that all this useless talks of Argentina winning the world cup will come to an end. |
the arrogance of this Argentines is what I hate about them... they were begging Nigeria to beat Iceland 'for messi' ...meaning, they are underestimating Nigeria in the game against Argentina on Tuesday... a team that struggled through the qualifiers think they came to joke in the group of death... with or without Messi, i pray Nigeria finishes what Croatia started come Tuesday... make dem come call police for Nigeria, arrogant set of people who think the World Cup is meant for them, and them alone.... mtcheeeew, even defending champions Germany way lose handled it with maturity, na him Diego maradona and him people dey do like small pikin. |
OK... let dem better start denouncing there citizenship as Argentines cos they must surely lose by fire by thunder. |
Metuh:I remember how they praised the late coach, Stephen keshi when he won the cup of nations in 2013...fast forward to 2014 when Nigeria lost to France at the round of 16...those same fans started calling for his head... Nigerians only support you when the road is smooth, once you fail, you automatically become a loser in there eyes |
Jersey way you buy with your money... him for Don sell am na I wonder what the mumu will do when we win our remaining two matches, perhaps buy another one... Nigerians got no faith in their country. |
Metuh:my brother, forget this people... Nigerians no nothing about football analysis. our boys played well, they were only unlucky just like Egypt and Germany... but watch how Nigeria, Egypt and Germany will bounce back into there various group... this same foolish trolls will come online and start showing fake support. |
