I have sold domains via info@ and contact form. In case you don't know, the contact form more or less is read more by the owners of the business. Don't ignore it's importance!

My issue with most contact form is where to require phone number, some of them wouldn't submit if you don't put a correct number

They register non sense time all the time because they use software without human judgement to buy their name.
