Have you ever had any experience working with a company thay owes salary for as much as 2 to 4 months?

If Yes, how did you scale through this issue pending when you are applying for other options?

To be sincere, this is my first experience and I must confess, it is affecting my mental health. I have never been known to borrow money but since I started working for this company, I have been borrowing to feed even as begging for data.....

Worst still, this happened to me when I have just rented a new apartment and I am basically exhausted.

Kindly share tips on how you basically survive this kind of experience especially when another job is yet to come.

Honestly, I am in such situation right now. Mine is 3 months already and no hope in sight for getting paid anytime soon as a result of the situation on ground.

It hurts so much, as a man, to see your family in need and you are not able to help.

The worst part, is that, people will see that you are working and would never get to realize what you a going through.

To feed is by God's grace and support from my wife.

It is really disheartening.

As i kon need 400k to sort my rent matter like this, who go come borrow me as everybody for Nigeria no dey gree borrow people money again?

You are likely working with a loan company. So I understand your sentiment. However, you have to deal with the hard truth. In as much as you guys continue to operate illegally by trying to exploit people in the name of giving out loans, you cannot rule out high case of default.

They should not complain about defaults as well.

What you get when you operate with greed and unfair business arrangements. How can you borrow some 20k, sent the person 12k and expect him to pay back 20k to you in less than a week. That's over 50% interest rate for a week. That's a pure exploitation and never a fair business deal.

I just got a job prospect around Igbo Efon. My finding revealed the transportation from my place in Eleko to Igbo Efon would cost nothing less down 4500 daily to and fro.
