Last year when I submitted his statement it was $35,000 then and it covered my COA, because I had issues with the department, I was moved to another department this January and they issued I-20 form in March , another statement of account wasn’t requested. Maybe due to the issues I had with the department, my documents were forwarded to another department for admission.

From last year until now, the money has reduced…so I am asking if I can present the available 20k USD or wait for more money end of June . I don’t have any grant or scholarship

but your present COA doesn't tally what your husband has in his bank account presently. So how come the school issue you i-20 without having $35,000 in his account? Or did you get some funding?
