On Wednesday night around 11 pm our vehicle was grounded down textile mill; I and my two friends had to trek from there to almost Iyaro before getting a cab. There was no light that night; darkness prevailed in that vicinity to a large extent except in few houses with generating sets.

God was indeed awesome to us that night; even as we trudged, we never met a single soul on the way.

We were very astonished the next morning when we began to hear about killing that took place the previous day.
