The students of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho had been compulsorily sent home on a semester break without writing their exams for over a month now. This attitude of the school management has now turn out to be their method of embarking on indefinite strike.

This action has been due to the inability of the two co-owning states of the institution with visiting Governors, Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo state and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State, owing the lecturers a substantial amount of salary unpaid.

However, the studens who are tired of staying at home and want to make the best out of their future have taken to the social media platform to voice out their displeasure over incessant strikes in the school and the non-challant attitude of the co-owning state government.

They expressed how frustrated they are and plead with the concerned stakeholders to proffer a lasting solution.
