I have tired eyes from staring too much at screen.. TV, PC and phone..

My eyes tired and painful.
It only stop whenever I get some sleep. Someone recommended I apply warm or cold water.
But then the pain will still come back..
It always make want to sleep.

Pls good people I need a lasting solution to it.
Is there some eye drop, or drug for this?
