I have tread test certificate from federal ministry of work and employment.. in the file of craft general fittings... working in engineering department as a mechanical engineering technician.. 7 years experience... can I apply?

Please help me ... I have my passport but my NiN slip is different names.. when I did my passport was 2016. I didn't Link my NiN on my passport.. now my passport have expired how do I go about it..

we're I further learn how to repair industrial machines equipment.
with this knowledge I got a job in pharmaceutical company in the engineering department... my job is mechanical technician.
I work there for 7 years...then after i went to get my tread test certificate to back my self..
Later I appied for another company with my tread test certificate in the engineering department..
as a mechanical engineering technician.. I was called for interview i went for interview and I pass the interview..

I got the job in the engineering department as a mechanical engineering technician.. with salary of 100k I got this job in 2021
after 1year I was promoted to supervisor with salary of 150k am
currently working in the company in engineering department..
I have my appointment letter..
my promotion letter...
my pay slip..
and my tread test certificate..
please how can I go about this..

note I am a plumber and welder now adding
industrial mechanical engineering technician still learning forklift driving... please 🙏 help me

I have my passport but it have expired... my family decided to change our surname .. base on personal reasons..so my old passport is bearing my old family surname... And my NiN and my other documents is bearing my new surname... Please how do I go about the change of surname... Or should I just go and apply for new passport.. and just forget about this old one...
