it's official, Sir Alexander Chapman "Alex" Ferguson, CBE is god cool. I can't beleive this man still has it at 66 yrs of age. To think those muthafucking Manchester CIty bastards tried to hijack our transfer taarget just because some sheik just bought their stupid club is appalling. Just truly in fergie we trust.
this is an excerpt from the sun:http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/article1635118.ece

MANCHESTER UNITED finally landed Dimitar Berbatov after a transfer deadline day of high drama.

Furious Spurs NEVER gave United permission to talk to the striker.

But they eventually agreed a £31million deal just before midnight and were persuaded not to make an official complaint.

Spurs had earlier accepted a £34m bid from Manchester City.

But City's new Arab owners never got to speak to him because United chief Alex Ferguson personally whisked him away from the airport.

Had Spurs chairman Daniel Levy gone ahead with the complaint, United could have faced a points deduction, massive fine and transfer ban.

Yet United helped keep the Londoners sweet by letting them have striker Fraizer Campbell, 20, on a year’s loan.

Berbatov, 27, has signed a £100,000-a- week, four-year deal at Old Trafford.

The Bulgarian said: “Joining United is a dream come true.

“I look forward to playing my part in helping this club win more honours.”

Fergie was delighted to finally capture the striker. He admitted: “This is a key signing.

“Dimitar is one of the best and most exciting strikers in world football.

“His style and ability will give the team a different dimension and I’m sure he will be a popular player with the fans.”

It's now i know that i don't want ferguson to ever leave United because this Man,apart from the late Sir Matt Busby, is Manchester United himself.The way he went about wisking Berbatov away from Manchester City is in the spirit of espionage ala James Bond.
This man is definetely god. cool

Good day to all the Mancs in the house, i'm just waking up this afternoon after parting like an animal and drinking myself to stupor. Seriously, i'm shedding tears of joy and not sorrow becuase i thought it was over. believe me i was not even aware JT was taking his penalty because my eyes were on the ground with me asking myself how it could all end like this, how come Van der sar had saved all penalties in the Charity shield but was having trouble even couldn't not keep out ashley cole's lucky one ,how Ronaldo who we had all come to admire and love and sing his name/praises day in day out could wreck a season when we needed him most, how all the f**king gayners and liverfools and chavs and every other hater would point and claim he chokes in the big one,how disappointed we all has Mancs would be after such a roller coaster ride when the one thing we wanted most was going to them chavs whom we hated above all things despicable in football with their band of glory hunters who were not around during the guillit,ranieri or zola years whom had all joined because of the strastopheric rise of a club with no history because their owner felt he could splash, spash and splash some more money. this thoughts went on and on and on. And then God in his infinite mercies pulled us back from the dead.When Van der sar palmed anelka spot kick away. i began to cry because it just proves to me that God is at this club, Tradition and not Money is what rules at the end of the day and that a club with history will always find a way to matter in todays world. The look on Abramovich face as he clutched his heart said it all because it show that Money may buy you a club, may get you glory hunters as fans, it just can't get you Grace and Grace my friends is what we at United have and so to finish my druken ramblings of Glory, honor and what have you i woud like to say:

my fellow Mancs, our boys are in Moscow in the Capital of mUUUURDA rUUUUUsia!!! preparing to take on the chavs on Wednesday, may our prayers be with them, may all the beer, wine and ogogoro i drink on the day not be in vain and in tears because this is what we've desired, prayed and waited for nine long years. this is our year and no Russian army of Abramovich's money will take the trophy from us because our boys will rather die (God forbid!!!) in Moscow on that pitch than rather go back to Manchester and tell the World a different story. This is our Year. Say it with me

I've read all his books except the new one The Solomon Key which has not yet been published. i rate his books in the order of highest to lowest

1. Da vinci code
2. Angels & Demons-pervious favorite
3. Digital fotress-inspired by Sidney sheldon's Doomsday Conspiracy
4. Deception Point- an ok book.

I love his writing style

I think u have to be abit of a sci fi buff to appreciate digital fortress, i just loved it
but i do agree angels and demons was really good.

Davinci Code was absolutely brilliant, the mix of fact and fiction,,,,, awesome! couldnt put it down

Seriously, I'm beginning to wonder where all the gayners are, after every game whether we win or lose, you see them on our board as if say na them House. After giving them a good old schlacking in April, they started disappearing, today they're nowhere to be found tongue.I guess if we had drawn or lost and Chelsea in every Gayner'S WILDEST DREAMS bleeps up on Monday, you would see them here giving everybody a lesson in Mathematics especially probability (and i loved that topic). anyway as Jackal pointed out earlier on,There's no need for that grin. School's out. See you next year.

chelsea dnt need to lose at newcastle,it doesnt matter what they do its our title.except they score like 19 goals in their last two matches,then its just playing for nothing.
@ pein

Jackal.:
@ Vinisky,

Matter of fact, i want Chelsea to win their game.
If they DRAW, Fergie might begin to tinker again and field a nonsense team that will disappoint on the day.
Should they win. . . . It sets next weekend's games as a world cup final. . . . . .

If we had drawn Chelsea last week, we might have struggled today.
United play better with their backs on the wall which is what i like.
Wigan will feel the DEVIL's wrath next week with Rooney, Vidic and Anderson back in the team.

@ Pein,

I think Fergie has a plan for Ando. . . . .He has a role to play against Chelsea in the UCL final.
He was all over the place today playing pranks on Rooney. . . .He nicked Wazza's cap and threw it into the crowd. . . .
The belief in the team after eliminating Barca is sky high.

@ Rikkyjen,

Ronaldo smashed his 40th goal today.
Is there any limit to the boy's talents?
@ Jackal,
then it ain't going to be Wigan week then. i just hope they're Safe as Steve Bruce is on of our old boys. HE NICKED A POINT OFF CHELSEA YOU KNOW wink

@ Pein,

It was a professional performance. . . .

Kudos to Tevez, Park, Ronaldo and Evra.
They all gave a stellar performance apart from when Wes Brown decided to head backwards instead of forward. . . .
Great goal by Ashton as well. . . .

Wigan will face the full wrath next weekend. . . . I don't see this United team going to JJB stadium without scoring at least 4 goals.
They can smell the title already. . . .I don't even care what Chelski does on Monday. . . They cannot match this United side.
Errrrrm, today's victory finally killed off Gaynners' title hopes. grin grin grin

@ Imani,

Shussssssssh!!!!

They came to OT to roll-over? Roll-over ma foot.
@Jackal,
Men why're you so wicked, leave them gayners alone, it's ok, if you continue you wouldn't have anything for them next season grin.i hope chelsea loses at St james park, that way we can rest the boys for May 21st.all in all a great performance as many picked westham to mess up our bestlaid plans.Guess they didn't see us scoring four 8 grin.

Good game, glad we won, everybody were excellent today smiley, now the pressure is on chelsea as they've to visit an inform Newcastle and  if there's something i know about St James Park,it's that all the Big 4 teams have dropped points there since last year. Hopefully King Kev pulls a stunner on Chelsea,then we can be prepare for the Champions League final. Great to be ahead once again. Hopefully it stays that way grin

@ Akinalabi,

Scholesy has earned it without a doubt. . . . .
He was the only one that could have scored such a scorcher. . . . . .
What a performance from him especially after the pressure the English media heaped on em lads. . . . .These lads are GOLDEN.

2 people disappointed me tonight. . . . .Carrick . . . He was shyte. . . .
The fool cannot tackle. . . .doesn't track back and he takes 12 secs for him to trap a ball and pass to a teammate.
How Fergie didn't replace him must be the 8th wonder of the world.

Van Der Sar was also a bit jittery but he held his nerves as the game progressed. . . .
Now, we can fully concentrate on the Premiership . . . .A team that spanked Barcelona should be able to see Wigan and West Ham off.
Hopefully, we should have Vidic and Rooney back by Saturday.

United should clinch THE DOUBLE but i will be rooting for Liverpool against those Chavs tomorrow.
@Jackal i didn't see much of carrick's performance to be able to make an complete assessment of his overall but i think you're being mistaken by Van der sar's performance,the guy was solid and maybe you're right a bit jittery but he really save us on Henry close range header. I nearly had an Heartattack on that one. All the same Moscow is where we belong and we're going to bring the trophy back home to Old trafford. United 4 Life!!!

I am proud to be a Man Utd fan . . . . . .

I was born to be United,
Daddy told me, when I was just a baby;
When I was five, I went down Warwick Road;
Now I'm addicted to the only place I'll go

Chorus

Take me home,
United Road,
To the place I belong,
To Old Trafford,
To see United,
Take me home, United Road.

All my memories,
Bobby Charlton,
Georgie Best and Cantona,
They came to us from heaven;
Then in the Nou Camp in 1999,
On Sir Matt Busby's birthday,
Oh it was party time

Chorus

I watch the Reds,
I feel the noise,
The crowd is roaring;
The Stretford End is singing
And the fans are going wild;
And when I'm gone I get a feeling
That I should've been home yesterday,
Yesterday, oh!

Chorus x2

final destination,we're through baby, like i said when we've our backs against the wall that's when we perform and that's when we come through. United have been  great in all departments this year but the one area tht we've been spectacular has been in defence,preventing other teams from doing what they do and still producing beautiful attackingfootball.this is our year, i say again,   "THIS IS OUR YEAR", I do not know how to enlarge this shit so that all the mutherfuckers who never gave us a chance can finally understand that for Manchester United,it's not over till it's over never count United out.We're still in it and we'll go down fighting till the fucking end.

i really do not see Manchester United losing tomorrow, i believe that with the recent run of poor performances and poor results and all that's at stake with the possibility of the season imploding,that this is when Manchester United are renowed for picking themselves up and getting the Job done.It's moments or times like this that i believe that the true Character of a team is shown when their backs are against the wall and with everything to lose that in the end they come through.United to win 3-1.
