The video is definitely a deep fake video because Adams Oshiomole's face didn't show any expressions and he couldn't have dressed like a labor union comrade in brown khaki to have an outing with a girlfriend. Oshiomole CANNOT be that tacky as to wear brown khaki on a date.

A lot of people online and on NL are terrible haters of others, highly impressionable and GULLIBLE. They have lost the ability to analyse videos and images critically.

The moment I saw that trashy video yesterday, I knew instantly that it was a FAKE or doctored.

Let me say here and now, the world is already under seige from photoshopped images and now from deep fakes or AI-generated images.
Right now, Americans are complaining about deep fakes showing exact images of Martin Luther-King and other dead people who passed on decades ago still alive as of 2025. That's a grand distortion of history.

The intelligence agencies MUST take down the person(s) who created this fake video of Oshiomole and ensure they are charged to court and duly punished.

The lady has somewhat confirmed the video by her statement and action.

No Timi, don't! Do your application online, go for your appointment and wait patiently. I did not pay an extra kobo and got mine within 2 weeks at the NIS HQ in Abuja. When my cousin was also applying for hers, a particular officer named Eno at the processing center vowed she will not process her passport except we part with an extra 30k. She claimed the DIG passport would take 20k out of the 30k. I reported at Servicom desk there at the HQ and instead of intervening, they advised me to "just comply". I was furious to know that they were all part of a syndicate. I went straight to the Ministry of Interior and submitted a petition to the HM, I also copied ICPC and the CoS to the President. The DG passport was summoned and it turned out that Eno was acting on her own accord. In summary, my cousin's passport was released 5 days later.


Now, if anyone harasses you, just take their name from the badge on their uniform, stealthily record conversations if you can and call them all out on twitter. Tag the HM. He is one person who doesn't like his name being dragged for corruption.

Oando under the present management is less than 30 years!
Oando sells crude oil to the outside world and receives dollars in payment, hence they don't suffer exchange losses.

Nestle produces fast moving consumer goods which are used daily by the people locally e.g. Milo, Nido etc. which are sold in the local currency(naira), hence they suffer huge exchange losses when the currency is devalued. They import raw materials in dollars and receive Naira for their products, hence they are badly exposed to forex risk. Can you buy Milo, Nido etc. and pay in dollars?

Most often, invitations are not confirmed.

Rare cases might happen at the discretion of the officer, perhaps something compelling convinced the officer (Grace works wonders).

Las-las, it is still the discretion of the officer no matter how good or bad your application and answers were: that is why no meaningful reason for rejection is ever given to failed applicants and no Visa Denied stamp as well (so other embassies don't see you have been rejected by USA and ask you why when they never give you anyone reason).

But it is generally advised not to go with a virgin passport as a single tourist applicant.

Why would anyone, a youth, with a virgin passport pick USA as first country to visit when thousands of other countries close to Nigeria are available.

It is an aberration and exception to the rule is when your spouse has been visiting and returning.

This is the case for tourists, you are expected to have visited some country(ies) before, even African countries like Ghana, South Africa, Morocco, Egypt.
