You showed funds but the vo is concerned that it’s not urs or that it will not be available for your studies. Also I think you didn’t prove employment that justifies the money available.
Solution: 1) pay as much of your tuition as you can afford before you reapply ( confirm refund policy from your school first)
2) write a detailed explanation of your Employability prospects upon return to naija.
3) I’m guessing u used a sponsor. Since the vo has doubts, have ur sponsor make a notarized affidavit

That’s all I can remember for now. But I recently got married to a medical doctor who owns a hospital & he wants to join my dad to sponsor me this time around.please I need you directions on how to write a more satisfying and accurate statement of purpose. Thank you.

Your medical is valid for a year so it would expire next year august 2022
Police clearance is valid for I think 3 months so you might redo a new one

The result is not a 3rd class but a pass don't know if any school will accept that for Pgd that's why I went for a diploma so as to start afresh that's how poor the result is that's why I classified it poor result.

it depends on what you regard as poor. I also studied English in my undergraduate but I had a good result.
in your case even if its a 3rd class some colleges still accept third class for pgd so you should definitely consider it as against a diploma.

I have a degree in English but the result is poor so I can't apply for post graduate study,so I decided to go for a diploma May 3rd 2021 & also change in career, admission was given to resume in September 2021, I got a response from IRCC today August 25 2021 & was denied my study visa, reasons they wrote was ties in Canada & my home country & reason for my visit.please I need an advice on what next to do for a way forward.
