Malls don't go with size, size only matters to a small extent but foot traffic carries the day. When a mall does more sales per day - then you'll call that mall a 'class A' mall. We have class B, C and D in that category and 5 malls in Kenya lies in class A.
You're just ignorant to think that size matters when ranking of malls is concerned. Two rivers might be in top 20 is size but in total value, it's up there in top 10.
