So we should have different standards for slum. Makoko because it float on water - is what kind of slum. SLUM is SLUM. Mpape is a slum. It has 1M people according to the blogger. Kibera has 170K people. Kibera is just 5km square...that about 1250 acres. I bet that Mbape slum is bigger.
