Eko Atlantic is a smart city being built on reclaimed land from the ocean using reable malleable materials in a time where climate change is a massive issue. Egypt's New Administrative Capital, Nigeria's Eko Atlantic and similar island developments along with Morroco's Casablanca Marina Project & Ch'rafate are the most promising smart city projects so far deep in development.

More speeches - yet since 2016 - when this kind of thread started - that is 5yrs ago - not a single projec in entire of Nigeria has been completed. Just a litany of abandoned projects like I hears Ghana is famous for.

Kenya projects in that period are staggering. SGR done in 3yrs - and now it been in operation for ages. Only 9 months of Nairobi expressway and within 12 months it will be completed.

I can go on and on - but Kenya is rapid growth - and projects get done on time - mostly ahead of very tight schedule.

Nairobi skyline changing every day so much it's now jumped from no 20, 10, 6, and 4 of JLLC most dynamic city.
