Just30:A home powered by google not the usual wall screen light control- to them this is like science fiction ![]() |
AfriqueDuZuid:Just cows and poor farmer ranching in ruaka town of runda ![]() |
Never seen a home half a smart as this in Kenya- NEVER!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHs18o9yDUU |
Wuoche:Yes I said that and I did that and I don’t see a damn thing wrong with pics/buildings great,roads great,city clean |
popizaino:Did Africa traveller say he will be traveling to Abuja. If yes then that would be the end of this thread the day he goes. Cos he will definitely be mind blown |
Wuoche:Lol u so stupid. Check again and see the sidewalks. U saw a person with a load on her head and suddenly the street is filled with hawkers. |
Shma:They all look the same. Get me the list if u can |
Wuoche:How did I loose my confidence. Do u just say things for the fun of it cos I don’t get. |
Rvp why do u think jll ignored Egyptian mega city construction sites ![]() |
Shma:List so I can feed u the videos. Or should I come up with my own list. |
Shma:Urs looks like a joke |
Wuoche:Sandton >Lagos cbd> Nairobi |
Shma:U keep holding on to stupid tags. This are rural roads. Unfortunately I don’t have something like this in my phone but this is all over Nigeria. I was waiting to see ur highway then I head over to YouTube to confirm the quality ![]() |
Same place, different angle this is what they want to compare with almighty sandton. Must be madness. ![]()
|
Wuoche:That would be madness.lol |
rvp20182:Talk is cheap. Kibera keeps growing in the absence of affordable housing. Lands to expensive to buy and build so we see more rural-urban migration in search of green pastures. This is not the case in Abuja no matter how u try to sweat it. Make peace with that and move on. |
Wuoche:Last kick of a dying horse. Next |
Shma:Nice roads but nothing close to SA level or ours. Now can we see this road in 2021 be ur pics is from 2012- that’s like 7 years ago- we want to see what it has deteriorated to. |
rvp20182:Abuja slum are not increasing. they are actually decreasing . FCTDA doesn’t allow room for such else we will be rolling with Nairobi in the global slum competition. But nah ur zoo keep bringing the trophy back ho e each year. |
Wuoche:Spare me the blog. Let mpape make the global slum contest then. But nah it’s always kibera,Mathare and the likes. Makoko is basically the only slum that represents Nigeria in the grand scheme of things- Kenya’s own is so numerous to number. Swallow that fact and choke on it. |
rvp20182:I am feeding u raw undiluted fact- sorry if it hurts but I can’t sugar coat it. |
rvp20182:Lol I won’t let any crap from u go just like that . Ur emporis and jll is trash and I have proved that. The first video I posted on waterfall city is 6 month ago and the second video on waterfall city was 1 year ago. At one year there were projects they were about commencing and the 6month video reveal progress on those projects from a year ago. Now this out ur emporis forum blog to shame. Now back to jll. U said Nairobi is dynamic. I ha e showed u 1 week old and 2 months old video on the serious dynamism going on in just two Egyptian cities alone but here I sat and watch u ignore that part. Can u now see ur jll is also a joke like Nairobi ![]() |
rvp20182:The buildings look ugly, third world and ancient. SA long left this style of apartment building in the 90’s and they built such style for mass housing while urs is luxury sitting in ur poshest neighborhood. Wonder no more why high rises apartments in Lagos looks more classier than anything in Nairobi. Even as joburg evolved from archaic style like seen in hillbrow from the 90’s they still look better than what u are constructing for luxury in 2021. Very hideous looking set of similar buildings all over Nairobi making u see shiit like this as a boom. Give it 20 years and they would be degenerated to Hutu a kind of slumscrappers. This is a fact. |
AfriqueDuZuid:Rvp know this and know peace ; simple |
rvp20182:Becos there are not reputable. This things are common sense and naked eye test. U said emporis claims only a single crane is in SA which is joburg and i shows u a single spot with multiple cranes for multiple buildings in joburg. Now that a slap on ur worthless, factless, unreliable emporis. Now ur jll claims Nairobi to be dynamic.lol dynamic in what exactly. Those street urchins hide out buildings are not worth anybody’s time. Egypt with crazy construction and cranes across the country couldnt make a single list. Now that should tell u ur jll is also trash. This things are just common sense and trash not upholding useless titles ignorantly . This is in Cairo and cost about $58bn and they are planning to start moving into the first phase of the city in a matter of months from now. Now fvck ur jll. Cos if this is not dynamic then I don’t what could be more dynamic than this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-ftbFq6zzQ Another city in Egypt, not Cairo. Worth about $60bn. If ur JLL could ignore a mega construction site worth $60bn,then i dont see why u are wasting our time here with that stupid tag. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y87ppZ1YTyM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2zdy5tESns |
rvp20182:Stupid tag - let’s see the dynamism in Nairobi- this are naked eye test. U are only dynamic in populating ur cities with this absurd low standard trash.
|
rvp20182:Then tell ur emporis blog and forum to updated themselves. Check out the ultra modern scrapes going on in waterfall city then head back to ur forum blog and curse them for deluding u. This video is 6month old.count the amount of crane in just one spot and checkout the level of high construction going on there not the rubbish we see in Nairobi that u call a boom. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXe5u8PLoko https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zVMC0F3B5s |
Randlord:The idiot thinks rubbish like this are worthy a enough to even earn Kenya a seat at a table with hillbrow. This is the kind of hideous boom he yapps abouts. Just like their roads their buildings is trash and low standard. |
rvp20182:If u watched a couple of Abuja video then try watching more and this time let ur focus be outside of the cbd so u can explore new places. Tiny mpape is not with in the city limit- and that is just a bitter fact and reality- Abuja is not called a planned city for nothing- thats like allowing a slum to spring up right in the middle of eko Atlantic- not going to happen. Buildings that doesn’t match the city requirements are constantly demolished by FCTDA -This is just a fact that any Abuja residents will tell cos they are well acquainted with this law. |
Randlord:Too many cranes for a dead city |
Vlain:Still waiting for rvp to tell me what Kuala Lumpur has that SA doesn’t |
Shma:lol |
