*Yes sir, CHI have begun selling their male line but not line but it's a momentary thing

*Hatchery to buy from? There are a number of hatcheries i can recommend which are guaranteed to give you good results. This is solely dependent on why their feed as well as their management which you earlier mentioned. As long as he feeding and management is good, they'll do just fine.

*3kg in 6-7weeks? I'm not quite certain if this is achievable if you're going to be feeding your birds with commercial feeds but it's certainly achievable if you'd be making use of concentrates.
pls what do mean when u say "male line" ?? Secondly what are concentrates? What abt crumbles?

Hello house, please how do I manage my litter? I generate about 50kg of wet litter daily and I'm tired of digging pits that fill up quickly, flushing down septic tanks that cost more to evacuate or renting trucks to remove from farm.
I need a solution like yesterday.
you don't sell Manure ??

Yessir. Lethargy has set in alongside green poo. Those are pointers. The Fowlpox is something else all together which can be treated after they must have improved.
hmmmm....I have been having kind of same issue. No deaths thou.bt watery n greenish poo. I tot it's normal bt thinking of it,im having jst 40% production in eggs. I have given them LA injection 2wice nw. I give them vitalyte multivitamin like evry week. They eat well bt jst wont lay up to d required amt. Over 120hens and I get jst 45/50eggs a day....I feed them wit top feed, half a bag evryday. I'm thinking for trying this combo medcine on them o After I must have given them garlic and ginger this morning wld watch for 3days to one week n no impediment, wld go for gumborocine n d other 2 medicines mentioned

I agree. Admacine or Gumbocine + Polidine for 5 days should do the trick. After which he'd have to administer La Sota to the whole flock.

I advise you take other drugs like embazin forte and use the right dosage (3ml/5 liters) for three days.

High or low dosage could make your chicks resistant to the diclosol.
The recommended dosage and Administration is below and its given continuous for 2 days

Add 1 ml DICLOSOL liquid / 4 liters of drinking water (2.5ppm) for 48 hrs.
I was having cocci problems till a great farmer told me,its better to over dose that under dose ur birds. Sometyms u jst to top a required dose written on d reflect of the medcine
In severe cases :
Add 1 ml DICLOSOL liquid / 2 liters of drinking water (5ppm) for 48 hrs.
a big farmer tot me it's more dangerous to under does ur birds than over dosing them...so some tyms I up d dosage written on d medcine, thats when I stopped having problems with drugs not working

HELLO guys,

Please I have 700 pullets at 21weeks that are yet to lay, I gave them all the required vaccination and currently use Hybrid Feeds. Again the farm is at GRA Ilorin. It has eaten deep into my pocket and has fallen short of my expectation. I bought them at "DOC" from Agrited at Ibadan on January 5th 2017. I'm confused as to what to do right now. Please advice.
saw the pic....brown? Wow. Sorry man,wit d experience I'm getting wit my layers I'm sticking to just black layers. Brown delay alot,n will start up slow skipping days of laying, well I am still hoping n waiting to see improvement on my own, while d blacks have been laying for over 2mnths nw,d over 40browns are jst giving me roughly 10eggs. I sold 10browns n currently wanting to sell all them browns away

they are NOT gud for human consumption. Every medcine have withdrawal period. During dat time every egg dat comes are to be add to their feeds and given bak to d layers. U see d withdrawal period on d sachet of the medcine

Good afternoon house . my laying birds had coccs and I treated them with maxicoccs the are better now but since then their production droped and still dropping from 75 to 64% . within 1week. The are about 2months in laying.the look healhty and the consume their food and water. Pls what should I do?
....it's normal to have a drop in eggs when u treat any disease or infection on a laying bird. Jst keep giving them vitalyte n watch them....1week is still too early to complain. Remember when u treat wit such medication then d eggs are not to be eaten?

Please, whenever you guys ask me questions like this, kindly brief me of what you observed before it became like that. there are many causes of such problems. Sometimes the problems are from the hatchery and at other times from your farm. If you are sure that your birds are not ill, then, you have to reduce their feeding drastically for say 7-10 days. If you like, during that period, you can put them back on grower mash. The idea is to reduce their laying if possible to 0% and by extension, so that their reproductive organs can rejuvenate. After that period, you resume feeding them normally. They are expected to pick up. But if there are other issues may be ill health or they did not grow evenly, let me know. Are your birds debeaked?
my hen just started laying last week Monday....and now I get 4/7eggs a day from 123hens....is that normal?

Nigeria was a functional federation prior to the Igbo led coup of the 60's with every region enjoying some degree of autonomy. The ironsi led administration unified the federating regions and called them a republic. All this while Biafra saw nothing wrong with this arrangement. Some few months down the line with the Igbo led administration ousted from the centre (they created) secession became the new mantra for the east.
The same thing played out in the last administration with the secessionist seeing nothing wrong with Nigeria while their cousin was at the helm, but as soon as there was a change the clamour began again. The whole world is watching you in 3D
...but my brother is it not better we let them go and have peace?? Why are we forcefully holding them bak against their will??

Please, i need help. I have interest in building a strong poultry business. I sent my manager for training in an existing farm before i started. My present challenge now is that my pullets eat more than the profit they give. I have 40 pullets. I am advised that 40 pullets should eat a bag of layers mash which costs N2,300 in just 5 days. They produce 3 crates in a 5 days. N700 x 3 days= N2, 100. That is already a loss. I need help, please! How can I manage their feed?
normally 100 birds will eat half bag of feed a day. So 40 shld consume less than 6kg that's quarter bag. U shld also be seeing more than 3crates in 5days if they are all laying. So I advice u concentrate on increasing d number of eggs....give them d powders multivamin and also gve them extra light from 4am to 7:30am. After 2weeks u repeat d multivitamin again...u will get more egg with them feeding on same quantity of feed.

I bought 125 POL brown n black. I separated them because of the fighting. But I noticed the blacks are bigger than d black n i have started seeing some eggs with d black. Should I feed all of them layers mash? Is this size difference normal? And d delay wit d browns is that normal. Pls experts in the house help me. I'm confused. Dont even know what medcine to administer to them now,i have lost 2 of the browns.look sick n small.
