Oops... It's unfortunate this question has been begging for an answer, but all to no avail. Sorry for the delay.

What they mean is that your password should contain, at least, one alphabet in uppercase(capital letter), one figure(number), and one lower case(small letter).
Example; Neymar11, johnCena2, you4Christ

Oops... It's unfortunate you don't have either of the above-mentioned.
I suppose you go to any nearby National Identity Management Commission(NIMC) and register for National ID Card.
Therein, you'll be issued a leaflet with ID Number which serves as your temporary ID Card.
Use the number on it to apply.

Firstly, try and look carefully whether there's a way you can get those numbers on your Voter's Card. They are written vertically on the left side of your card, before your passport. If you can't get it, resort to using a Driver's Licence or National Identity Card(if you have any).

Secondly, you're free to apply for more than one Job Positions but not in the same ministry.
That's clearly their instruction.

Then, proceed to 'login' with your email and password, click 'vacancy' and fill in your details.

Please exercise some patience by waiting till your NYSC certificate is ready. The job expires 2weeks from now, and your certificate must be ready on or before 7th November(expiry date).

If you attempt to apply, you'll be told to type in your Certificate Number and upload the said certificate.
That's the challenge you will face.
