Mrs. Falana the focal person just called few minutes ago to give us the details sent to her from Abuja regarding the verified unpaid beneficiaries.
- Over one thousand (1000+) beneficiaries are invalid due to unmatched record like error in account name BVN and unmatched name.
- Thirteen (13) were rejected by bank because those account were dormant.
Now according to her, LG were not imputed by FG in front of those names and she has asked some of us to come to her office to sort them out. Again, she said the FG will not open the account but they have provided a means of correcting those errors by the beneficiaries themselves and sent them back to Abuja. So it is mandatory that all VERIFIED unpaid beneficiaries should endeavour to report to their LGA on Monday to put down their details in order to ascertain their LG and have a headway towards rectifying this problem for our unpaid colleagues.

1. have you used your card for international transaction before? if yes , then gtb might have suspended the use of the card on the site you want to use it on.

some sites have been blacklisted . so it will always say payment declined. this started last year. i do normally fund my neteller account with gtb card until the bank blacklisted neteller last year around september.

The news of winding up of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) has elicited a barrage of enquiries from partner firms, interns,and other stakeholders on the status of the Graduate Internship Scheme. The general public, particularly our partners firms and interns are to note as follows;
a) The Graduate Internship Scheme is no longer funded from the SURE-P.
b) GIS is currently being funded as part of a job creation program and appropriated in 2015 budget.
c) The 2015 budgetary provisions is enough to cover the cost of managing the scheme for the year.
I am to advise that interns remain committed to their employers with assurance that monthly stipends will continue to be paid as appropriated in the budget.
