*Just asking* Is having sex with your girlfriend before marriage spiritually acceptable? |
Presidency taking us back. Fish them out and kill them. Why trying to negotiate when they will never agree to stop the killings? |
glimpse33:The Kaadi Igbeayo just like any other smart card has a chip(32kb) which can be used to store personal information. It is not an identity card but a residency card. It contains a lot of modules abt 90 which it can work with. Apart from your personal information, it stores info like your blood group, genotype, medical records as well as other business details you have with the state govt. It is intended to be residents passport to collect and enjoy all the social services from govt. Since it records details of transaction with govt, it will help to reduce corruption in govt and ensure that the benefits for the people get to the right people. With this card you cannot collect more than you should, if you do it will be recorded on your card and since there is record, defaulters can be easily prosecuted or those benefits could be revoked as the case may be. Once you have collected your entitlements from the govt, you would not be able to collect again because there would be record in your smart card. In the agricultural sector, it will ensure that subsidized farm products get to the real farmers and nt d ones on paper because there is a database and no one can collect more than what he deserves. In the health sector, when there is an emergency the doctor doesnt need to search for your medical file. He already has d details he needs in your card, besides it cqn store all your previous medical records. In a nutshell, this card is not only good for the govt but good for the residents. Most times the middlemen steal what belongs to the masses and still blame it on the govt. This card will put and end to that. What if this card is deployed to other sectors, don't you think it will solve a lot of our problems? |
The Ondo State Government has officially inaugurated the Residency Cards, otherwise known as Kaadi Igbeayo, on Thursday in Akure, the state capital. Launching the card at the Adegbemile Hall, Akure, the state Governor, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko disclosed that the card would enable the residents of the state to access and benefit government facilities as well as generate revenue for the state. According to him, the Residency Card was created to facilitate the identification of all residents of the state so as to deliver to them directly, the inherent social and welfare programmes contained in his 12-point programme. He said, “You would recall that at the inception of this administration in 2009, a 12-point programme tagged, ‘A Caring Heart’, was rolled out as a guiding paradigm of our people-oriented administration. This underlying philosophy formed the platform for our mission to mobilise the people of Ondo State to harness all God-given resources, create and use wealth for the collective fulfilment, individual happiness and peaceful co-habitation in an environment of transparent and honest leadership.” The governor also revealed that a new agency, the Ondo State Civic Data Centre, was set up as the coordinating hub for the operation and management of the card as well as other ancillary activities to the people of the state. The CDC has its headquarters in Akure and branches all the 18 local government areas of the state. On the significance of the project to the well-being of the people of the state, Mimiko explained, “It is a smartcard that will serve as an interface between the state government and all residents. It is the instrument of access to all democratic dividends of the present administration.” He stated further that the card would also serve as a means to boost the Internally Generated Revenue for the state, as it would be used to detect tax evaders in the state. He declared anybody detected by the computer, through the Residency Card, of not paying his or her income tax would not benefit anything from the government. He also announced that those who could not freely register for the card during the registration period would later pay N2,000 to obtain the card as from September 1. http://www.punchng.com/news/mimiko-inaugurates-kaadi-igbeayo-says-itll-boost-igr/ |

This one na wa oh. |
Mr. Presido we got your back. Pls do the needful. We are all tired of the current state of the nation. |
I just hope this action doesn't demoralize the Nigerian Army from giving the Boko Boys a good fight. The FG must ensure that they tread with wisdom in this investigation. |
I think the FG wanna hide the fact that they don't want officials of the DSS around. No matter how hard they try to hide we all know the truth. |
What a technology |

pinkiberry:I want to agree with ur perspective on this issue, bt i have noticed that most times ladies think they are still virgins even after a little penetration from a guy. This is very funny to me. Though she made a big mistake, which most young ladies make, she should have told her guy what transpired in the past cos issues of this nature ar very important in a relationship especially when it's leading to marriage. To the guy, if he loves the girl he could still forgive her if he his sure that the penetration was a one time thing. After all when he entered the girl, if it were a one time penetration, he would be able to feel the friction in her V unlike the over explored ones. |
papoose999:I will not b surprised tomorrow if that woman they call Ezekwesili is appointed a minister tomorow. Y she no continue her rubbish BBOG campain wey she dey champion before. Rubbish!!! |
