]What crime has been committed?
Is it a crime to have 100 accounts, is it a crime to live in a 10b naira apartment, is it a crime to drive luxury cars? It certainly is not a crime to have charms in a safe or to wear 50m wristwatches.
The efcc is just playing on the sentiments of Nigerians and the hard economy. Bringing up fantastic stories that will make you see why these guys are guilty.
No interpol is after mopha if not he would have being arrested abroad.
From the few I have seen, this mopha does not reside in Nigeria. He makes his money out of the country and spends it there. The Dubai authorities where he holds residence and earns his living has no case against him. He was only on a visit to nigeria and returning to his base when arrested.
I can bet some officials tried to extort him at the airport and he refused to buldge and hence they decided to deal with him.
If the efcc has a case they should charge him to court and stop this rubbish of 60m wristwatches[/s] etc.
This one na small pikin.

the advantage of dubai is that it is a international city, opportunity to meet international deal makers
Believe me, deals would meet you.

I can't say something's I've experienced by just being in an expensive place on the sponsorship of a corporation.

But yes, deals will meet you.

The error is in the reporting.

The flats are $5 million outright purchase.

Not even Jay-z would pay 500k for rent.

dude, i have seen the video of many of their apartment

quality wise and services- zero

most of the properties are over hyped, in dubai, someone will buy quality luxury apartment for half that amount.
Possibly.

But let's face it.

If you bought a place for 10 million dollars in Dubai, you are still a nobody.

With a 5 million dollar apartment in Eko Atlantic, na deals go dey come meet you.

Previous governments of OBJ,Yardua,Goodluck Jonathan never regulated social media. It is the regime that turned the country to the poverty and corruption capital that now want to regulate social media and you see noting wrong with that
Jonathan didn't arreted Yahoo either.

At the end, a government does what it thinks is best.

I have come to realise that majority of Nairalanders are students and they hate lecturers with passion as a result of what they may be passing through in various higher institutions. Be that as it may, the truth of the matter is that public higher institutions will finally collapse if their affairs especially as it concerns finance is controlled from Abuja. The way public primary and secondary schools are in Nigeria now would be the fate of public higher institutions.
Lies.

By the way, has it not collapsed already?

If you had nothing to hide why avoid a transparent payment system?

efcc has no right to broke down or forced their way into his apartment. they will rather wait or hang around d vicinity till he come out because in a saner country, he will sue them and win them. what of if all his cars he parked, he don't go out with it, and u don't meet him at home.
You have no idea what a warrant of arrest allows law enforcement do.

By the way, why did he pretend not be around when law enforcement showed up?

He has money, let him sue.

This is getting messy now.

“Koudeih was arrested at the weekend after a three-hour stand-off at his N1.8 billion luxury apartment in the 33-storey Eko Atlantic Pearl Tower, Victoria Island, Lagos.”

How can an apartment cost N1.8bill for heavens sake? We build houses only people who steal money can live in.
It's one of the high rises at the Eko Atlantic if I'm right.

Honestly, these guys make nonsense of hardwork.

Some rumours are just a figment of the imagination. however, some rumours arise from the truth. Some rumours are the truth covered by false assumptions.

Rumours are developed from people's mind. Rumours may not come out of thin air, they need seeds. The seeds for rumours are usually the truth. Sometimes rumors are an exaggeration of the truth.

So keep believing in what you believe and don't insult others for sake of having an opportunity to throw more light in a subject matter.
Perhaps out of your need to ridicule you quickly threw in a cliche which many would bite at without analysing.

Being caught out, you've decided to come down to the logical being you can be.

Well done to me.

We offended the 'God'of commonsense and bowed to that of corruption.

We decided to trade commonsense for a few quick bucks.

Since the whole country has decided that is the only way to go about our duty, we are suffering the repercussions.
