Smh, you must be a driver. I own cars on the platform . And each cars deliver 40k a week. 07 elantras non of my drivers are complaining. There was a young man on these platform daveone . He posted his earnings part time. I spoke to him and he said it's all about planning and positioning. Plz don't come out here and give wrong information. Read the threads and learn from guys that are doing it. I meet another young man on these forum. He posted his last week earnings on taxify. He was looking for a car to drive. The 03 camry he has was too old for him and giving him bad ratings . I call the young man up. Coz I posted a 04 tokunbo civic. The young guy can't be more than 24 yrs doing uber. He said work is going on. That has he is speaking to me a request just came in.
One of my guys on the forum has not driven for months. Waiting for a new car to drive . He drove this past Sunday back to back request. He drove on Monday from 5am to about 1pm made 10k. He slept for 2 hours and started his evening shift at about 4pm and made a total of 16k for the day
I have reliable people on these forum that I can ask questions and they can give me an honest answer. So bro either you are lazy or u have no clue on what you are doing. The people that are getting requests don't have two heads now. Change your thinking and move with people that you can learn from. These is the reason why the rich move with the rich. And the poor stay poor coz the move with each other. Do your homework before coming on the thread to complain about the market been flooded. If a 22 year old is getting requests I don't known what to say about your situation o
back when I use to drive,I work 12hrs daily Monday to friday....5am to 12pm,I go home and rest and hit the road for 2nd half by 4pm to 10pm....all in all ......my lord lugard takes 38k,the minimum i ever made for mysef is 40k plus....and that has got to be a really bad week.....yes the market is flooded, but positioning, working smart and experience is key

Point of correction, fleetxpert absconded with someone's millions. Where do you think all the flight tickets came from? Every fleetxpert shareholder must be held accountable and treated as a potential criminal until proven otherwise. I'm not saying anyone is guilty but publicly revoking your membership after the deed has been done doesn't make you innocent. #InMyOpinion

This thread once had lots of hardworking drivers like egbon chillex, romeo, ogunvic (the driver not d fleet manager), myself, blacklola and others, competing daily and weekly, motivating everybody but unfortunately, its been hijacked by lazy drivers that say 100k in a week is not achievable, that say you cannot work 14 hours a day ( how many hours do bankers work), that try to force their conditions on car owners (why u no get car). That say drivers cant earn more than car owners (i continously earned nore than car owners, till i got mine). Pleaee, if u cant do it, keep quiet amd stop demoralizong people. Davenoja, keep it up abeg.
any driver who doesn't hit 100k week in, week out.... Is a learner and lazy. 100k is the least I do weekly before one man decided to change the narratives and I got angry and doubled my hustle to the promise land

It is what it is.

That is why every body has the right to change the narrative ;peasf it's profit sharing model you want, it's good too if there's mutual agreement.

In business and contacts, there's really nothing like cheating as long as there's a contract in place.

Even if you want to be paying driver fixed 100k monthly, i don't see it as cheating as long as both parties agree to the terms.

So partners agreeing to 35k weekly rentals should not be crying if drivers are making 150k weekly. If you no like am, change the narrative grin
Well said

Same way i worked with all my partners beacuase i had a target, same way i still work now beacause i stikl have targets, i need to own some keke marwas ( sorry kia rio). A lazy driver will give excuses even if he is one 15k a week.
I agree.... But most drivers have misplaced priorities sha...... Some people haven't asked themselves why they are hustling 5am to 10pm... Monday to Friday.

Let's change the narrative. To all drivers that are complaining that request is low. To all drivers that want their rental reduced coz of so called low request. To all fleet managers that are reducing rental for drivers. Let's change the narrative. Let us train these drivers on how to make use of their time more efficient. Let's change the narrative.

You are just contradicting yourself.

100k weekly is possible according to you, (consistently)

Now if you have a smaller engine car, like corolla, you can actually pay your 50k rent comfortable, and still take home 25/30k weekly, not bad after all.
why would I pay 50k and take home 25k weekly..... Oga, if I pay 50k rentals, I should take home 51k at the end of the week

The point is not the weekly remittance, the point is him keeping complainant money and not getting him the vehicle.

No one actually have been here to complain that they have not paid 50k weekly, couple of people have actually testify they are getting paid weekly.

the problem is the greediness involve, trying to take advantage of peoples trust.

You dont need to drive 15hours daily, to pay rent of 50k, I have seen people post 100k made in 4days, on plenty of occasions. Can you explain that or they have a special head?
ppl were not paid50k sir, 43k or there about..... Oga u need to drive 15HRS to pay rent of 50k..... Say u make 120k in a week.. Cost of fuel....Car wash/data/credit..... Rentals...... 30k.... 10k... 50k... That leaves u with 30k for ursef....I didt even add Uber commission.... On 120k Uber takes 25%....a driver who delivers 50k weekly should be able to make 50k for himself ,u don't risk ur health and life for peanuts.... Forget all that rubbish of whoever told u driving is fun.... Yes in some states like abuja and ilorin with no traffic, but in Lagos, driving is hell......oga the game has changed...... I do only taxify and My highest earning was 160k a week, the next week both the car and I were admitted in different hospitals, thank God say I no bash oga car.... Drivers una village juju strong ooo, just because the guy open every partner eye, to they collect 50k rent, una go do juju, make him come they carry people money run, so that people go say the 50k no possible, na wow...

What I notice here on nairaland, is always attack by drivers, once you post a car available, with certain amount, one person with different monikers, will contact you, one is to attack you and say why not drive it yourself, then another is to reach you and make himself available for the job.

Driver style of negotiation here is thuggery style, check most of them, they always create new moniker, when looking for car.
some partners put cars at crazy price.... U want 40k and u want drivers to maintain car or becoming to park cars in ur house every evening or once in a week or even to be dropping madam @work and bringing her back home......he opened every partner eyes then why are people complaining.....any partner who wants 50k should drive his car himself......do u know Wat stress is..... Stress is driving 15HRS or more and u Wonder why some drivers crash partner car...... Lack of rest my man

This ogunvic and Romeo issue reminds me of early last year when ponzi schemes was the in thing, put 20k get 40k in 2days.... To imagine they came here and made hardworking drivers like me and chilex look lazy, so many drivers are still bearing the brunt of their 50k weekly, some partners had to change clauses and some came up with shared maintainance ....in all they changed the game but in a wrong way..

some times i day questions some drivers ability and mentality e.g you.... For your info am a driver too not even a full time driver for more than a year....i go to work everyday and drive everyday my schedule is so well planned that i know where to be at some particular times at all cost even if it means blowing empty to be there and still hit my 10k target daily after fuel..if u think there is no planning in this biz guy u are still a learner...if you are a good driver on the platform and want to hit target daily you wld have a planned schedule.... Whatever you do and you dont plan u are doomed to fail chairman.Look for me make i put you tru its obvious u are still a newbie....to be debating 20k weekly with that condition... Money that u can make... in 1 day friday sat or sunday....u are here talking about getting a request to agbara.... U be joker bring you weekly earnings to me make i do corrections for your timetable i go also show you my own weekly earnings and my planned schedule.. No hard feelings you can also learn more... Big ups dude...
my mentality and ability cannot be questioned.....not even by You....it is obvious u want a driver whose day starts with magodo to ilupeju and ends with ilupeju to magodo....I live in badore ajah and my normal day starts by 5am with badore to Lekki on a good day, so before the unfortunate guy who will take this ur offer out of desperation will drop madam in ilupeju.... I am up 5k plus... Becos rush hour is money hour..... In the evening ,while I am position in Marina or VI looking for trips to ajah... He will be rushing down to ilupeju to take madam home... If u love madam well enough just get her a driver and hush up with earnings..... Big up gee

my brain is okay, u just want to eat ur cake and have it, just get a private driver for madam and end the story..... U don't need to burden a driver to come and do suffer head...... U claim to know the business but u Dont really know jack cos if u do, then u will know drivers dont have a planned schedule.....
