Here's one reason why people do so- you buy this 1.6m today and Mr X buys corolla 1.6m today, in 2/3 years you would struggle to sell at 800k, 900 at most, while Mr X would have people pleading to pay 1.1m/1.2m. Harsh reality.

I worked for my Anty in the construction of the school 7years ago. The school is damn expensive and there was a rumor then that OBJ is the owner of the school but no confirmation .

Late Tayo Adenirokun owns the school. His wife manages it now. It's a good school.

I have lived in Agbara for over 8 years and this is the first time a robbery is happening in the bank area. the only fear now is, since the thieves got in and got out easily, hope they will not turn Agbara into another Ijebu Ode
