Apologies if this has already been posted on here before but there are 66 pages of post on here, there's a website I usually refer to for the UK's latest immigration news and other's experiences (not necessarily Nigerians only) www.ukresident.com

And I'm not trying to belittle the advice given on here but just trying to widen available sources of info and of course the no 1 site for UK visas is www.ukvisas.gov.uk

Correct man, perfect comment.

big fat lie.Herpes once detected early and with the right treatment is treatable, medically cool
If you mean treatment (to subdue the virus from regular outbreak), then, you're right. But if you're talking about treatment (to eliminate the virus) to effect a cure, then, i'm afraid, there's no such thing as Herpes cure in medical science. Mind you, the virus remains in a carrier system in all his/her life time.
Travel / Re: Does U.k. Entry Permit Permit Short Visit To Ireland? by vvvjustice: 6:43pm On Jul 24, 2008

Hi Nairalanders, does a UK. entry permit gimme access to Ireland? I want to hit Dublin briefly whilst passing through the UK.
The UK visa is only valid for the United kingdom of Great Briton and Northern Ireland, you'll need a different visa for the Republic Of Ireland even though there's often no bother control between the north and the Republic Of Ireland: But yet, the act of trespassing the bother illegally could cost you your freedom or deportation, or both.

hi everyone,
This is my first post here, please i need advice,i was given visa in 2005 and i travelled and came back.it was actually a family visa but one of my siblings didnt come back because i  already had a brother who went there to school.i reapplied in 2006 and i was called for interview to the embassy with my absconded sib but because she is over there, she cldnt make apearance and i had to say he was writing exam in the university.
to surmarise the story,i wasnt given.i didnt appeal.
i want to apply for visting again, please how to i go about it?what is the minimum i must have in the account that i will take to the embassy? wink wink wink
thanks
Do you bear same family name or retain same known data?
Did your "sibling" who stayed back do so by breaking the rules of the visa category regulation?
If so, i'm afraid the visa officer will not trust you this time, so, this development will affect you and most likely result in refusal. mind you, people are refused visas based on account of their family member travel/immigration history.

I will like if anybody here can help me with some information on the new Nigerian E-passport.I am schooling here in Europe and lost my Nigerian passport (the former passport),when I contacted the Nigerian embassy here they told me that they do not yet have the facilities for issuing the E-passport,therefore I have to go back to Nigeria with a Travelling documents which they promise to give to me in order to be able to obtain the passport in Nigeria.
My questions are now these;
If I am issued a new E-paspport,will it have the same passport number as the old passport I was using before,I still have photopy of the information page of the lost passport. the reason why I am concerned about this is that my residence permit is in form of a paper which I hold and not a sticker in my passport, this permit carries my photo and my lost passport’s number and with It i can travel in and out of the country at will. but if I get a new e-passport with a different number I fear that I might not be allowed into the country with this particular residence permit.
I look forward to your contributions, thanks.

One Love!!!

Even if your new E-passport would have a different number, you can have an authentic declaration that the previous one (which has the documented number) is lost: By request, a declaration can also be pen-written and stamped on the 2nd page of your new E-passport, it would be addressed thus: "This is to certify that this passport is a replacement of the passport with number the ******** which has been declared missing"

fellow nairalander please help me don't allow me to lose this visa.i wolud have notified you before now but someone promised me but has failed to deliver.am dying inside.anyone you know that does such business give me his Phone number.Foreign based nigerian, those who help you to get your can also help me.
Are you one of those who believe that travelling abroad is a do or die matter?
Honestly, i wonder which ECO would advise someone to produce another bank statement, i suppose they're too busy to help an applicant rectify application errors, their usual behaviour is refusing a visa for the most feeble of reasons rather than help to make corrections.
Vikiviko has proved himself genuine, i'm impressed that many people testify positively of his dealings. Though i never asked for his help, but i maintain a correspondence with him, he's a decent sort of chap, a gentle man to the call. I like him. But remember, he's just a human, don't expect visa miracle from him.

It's safe as long as she's safe for you. But if she has STDs like the dreaded HIV, trust me, your risk is maximal

PLS what are the symptoms and possible best form of treatments?
Unfortunately, while HERPES is very easy to contact, it absolutely does not have treatment, once you contact it, it remains a life time infection. The good thing is, it doesn't appear often and does not kill neither does it lead to any other illness nor does it deteriorate into severe conditions.
All a Carrier has to do is to avoid direct contact with other people during outbreaks; for instance, if a person occasionally have herpes on his genital, he should avoid sex during its outbreak because, the fluid in the blisters are very, very infective.
Herpes is not an uncommon infection, it is estimated that one in four women have the infection

hi , im new to this forum, my prob is that my testis used to be in a very good shape when i was in my teens, but now im 21 year old n my testis r shrinking , n i masturbate  too n i think that it is a cause of my testis shrinking, n now my left testis is shrinking very fast im afraid that it will vanish one day, plz help me , what is this disease called? and any cure for that?Huh  pllzzzz help me,
Perhaps it's due to your organs reaction to the body temperature or the temperature/atmosphere around?
Do you feel any symptoms of any kind?
Well, it's not an ideal to get advice here since we can't really tell the exact condition, the case could be meaningless as well as it could be dangerous, so, it's better to consult a physician if you feel it's something deserving attention. Take care
