The Role
1. To ensure that the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality.
2. To coordinates employee and communicate between the Production teams, Quality Assurance Manager and the E.D Technical.
3. Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process, reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
4. To set the standard requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
5. To ensure cGMP rules/ obligations are adequately followed.
6. To ensure the laboratory and production equipment are calibrated as at when due.
7. Signs all Standard Operating Procedures and other QA/QC documents.
8. Ensures Stability Testing of Finished Products.
9. Checks for updates in Pharmacopoeias and approves final specifications.
10. Serves as a member of Research and Development Committee and conducts tests on new formulations to evaluate the quality of products.
11. To oversee the Chemical/Microbiological analysis of the company’s raw materials, packaging materials, In-process and finished products are conducted with approved.
12. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis which involves collecting and scrutinizing every data /test results.
