Not just you, I received too and have completed the training some weeks ago.

My question is. I only downloaded the certificate just after I finished the training from the site and it wasn't sent to my mail. Hope it won't affect my chances because I am seeing a lot of emphasis on mailed certificate

Even if you are a graduate, if you applied for the inappropriate Npower category you will receive the stipend that category receives.
For instance if you are a graduate and you applied for non graduate category say N-Tech your stipend will be ₦10,000, but if you applied under the graduate category say N-Teach your stipend will be ₦30,000.

How do you now explain my stipend of 30k for N-Tech?

No non graduate is to be paid or been paid 30k per month

My renumeration is 30k per month which is for a graduate and my category is NTECh period
