Other local governments just seem not to be part of the Abuja. Now imagine if any minister can just come and switch to polycentric, it will decongest the traffic jam at Central area, even reduce the cost of house rent within that axis and takes development to other local governments

Imagine self contain in central area going for 1m whereas same self con in other local government is 50k to 100k.

What you said about Abuja is true. They planned Abuja to look like your day is incomplete without getting Central area or Wuse.

All other areas are residential with unnecessary high costs of living.
