Guess what!

I have something for you and it's as follows

MY HOPE OF OUR DARLING ARSENAL WINNING THE EPL SUDDENLY RECEIVED A BOOST WHEN I DISCOVERED THAT LEICESTER CITY WILL BE MEETING LIVERPOOL AT HOME, THEN A STRAIGHT AWAY FACE OFF WITH MANCHESTER CITY AND ARSENAL RESPECTIVELY IN FEBRUARY.

AND WHAT WE NEED DO IS REMAIN CONSISTENT BY PROBABLY WIN ALL REMAINING 9 HOME GAMES INSTEAD OF THE 1 LOSS TO WEST HAM AND 1 DRAW WITH LIVERPOOL SINCE THE ONLY TOUGH HOME OUT OF THE REST IS AGAINST CHELSEA AND WITH THE ARSENE WENGER 'S CONQUEROR-JOSE MOURINHO IS NOW OUT OF THE PICTURE, I GUESS 3 POINTS SHOULD BE CERTAIN FROM THE CLASH.

AS WELL AS BETTERING OUR 3 AWAY LOSSES TO CHELSEA, WEST BROM AND SOUTHAMPTON RESPECTIVELY WILL GO ALONG WAY IN KEEPING MAN CITY BEHIND US WITHIN 2 POINTS GAP OR EVEN MORE PERADVENTURE WE OVER COME THEM AT ETIHAD STADIUM

REMEMBERING THAT LEICESTER CITY SHOULD HAVE DROPPED CLOSE TO 7 POINTS IN THEIR 3 MATCHES WITH LIVERPOOL, MAN CITY AND ARSENAL IN FEBRUARY

WHILE THE OUTCOMES OF THE EFFORTS OF MAN UNITED, CHELSEA, TOTTENHAM AND CRYSTAL PALACE WILL REMAIN INCONSEQUENTIAL TO OUR POSITIVE DREAM

Unless the mobilization protocols in ur skul is also related to tendering a copy of ur clearance form, statement of result or Certificate and jamb result slip else the student affairs/NYSC unit will do everything possible within their power to mobilize PCMs relative to their quota and that means if they have back log of PCMs on awaiting list, they will just consider those ones as their requisite photocopies should be available since they must have graduated longer ago and must rounded off their clearance and gotten their SOR or Certificate.

So which one operates in ur skul? Because u must know that first before expressing any panicky fear

What DTOBS also said is in tune with this message ok
Thanks bro...I just hope u guys are right

But clearance will still be an issue when he wants to collect SOR which will be needed in camp.
Since we don't know the time frame of the strike.

It is a series abt the librarian. The Librarian (singular), is a man chosen by a magical library to protect its collection, and help save the world from nefarious sorts (which happens a lot).  Once a Librarian dies (which also happens a lot), a new one takes his or her place.  Though the Librarian has many magical artifacts at his or her disposal, the series makes clear that the mind is one’s greatest weapon.

Requirements For Registration/
Mobilization Of Graduates
This is to inform all prospective corps members,
i.e. Nigerians who have graduated from
Universities and Mono/Polytechnics both at
home and abroad that when NYSC On-line
registration portal opens ensure to register on time
for mobilization.
In order to ensure a seamless registration,
prospective corps members are to note the
following for strict compliance:
1. The Website address is any of the following:
i. www.nysc.gov.ng
ii. www.nysc.org.ng
iii. www.portal.nysc.gov.ng
iv.www.forster/nysc.ng
2. Locally trained prospective Corps members
are expected to use correct JAMB and
Matriculation numbers to register
3. Prospective Corps members should ensure
that they have valid and functional e-mail
addresses that they can access and Nigerian
(GSM) telephone numbers with which to
register.
4. Foreign-trained graduates from Ghana and
Benin Republic must obtain letters of
verification and upload same for mobilisation
to be effective.
5. For locally-trained graduates, only those
whose names appear in the Senate/Academic
Board Approved Result lists submitted by
their Institutions will have access to the
register on the NYSC portal.
6. Foreign-trained prospective corps members
should ensure that their Institutions are
accredited. Where in doubt, it is their
responsibility to approach Federal Ministry of
Education for verification. The letter of
verification must be uploaded during
registration.
7. Those who graduated from Institutions
outside Nigeria, (Foreign-trained graduates),
are to visit the NYSC portal, register and
upload the following documents:
i. West African School Certificate(WASC) (with not
less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its equivalent,
ii. General Certificate of Education (GCE O’ Level)
(with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its
equivalent,
iii. NECO (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings)
or its equivalent
iv. High School Diploma or its equivalent.
v. First Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
Certificate (Second Degree or Ph.D not
necessary). Letter of attestation will not be
accepted, Please.

study. (Please note that you must present the
originals of the above during verification at the
Orientation camp).
viii. Letters of verification for graduates of
Institutions in Ghana, Benin Republic and any
other Institution whose accreditation is in doubt.
8. All graduates of Medicine, Pharmacy and
Medical Laboratory Science are expected to
have their Certificates of Registration with
Nigerian Medical and Dental Council of
Nigeria (NMDCN), Pharmacists Council of
Nigeria (PCN) and Medical Laboratory Science
Council of Nigeria respectively and upload
during registration. Payment receipts are not
acceptable.
9. It is the responsibility of the prospective corps
members who studied in non-English speaking
countries to get their Certificates and
Transcripts translated into English language
before uploading.
10. Unlike in the past, Foreign-trained graduates
should not visit NYSC Headquarters, Abuja
for verification of their documents. This
exercise will now be done at the Orientation
Camps. They should simply print their call-up
letters on-line and report at the Orientation
camps in their States of deployment, but
should come to the camp with the original
documents uploaded during registration for
verification.
11. Anybody who presents any fake document
will be demobilized and decamped. Also,
anybody not available in camp for the
verification will equally be demobilized.
12. Prospective corps members should ensure
that Passport photographs used meet the
following specifications:
i. Ensure your face (eyes, nose, ears, mouth and
jaw) is fully shown without bending
ii. Ensure the picture is centralized and fills the
frame
iii. Ensure the Photo background is with no shadow.
13. On no account should prospective corps
members register by PROXY. They should also
remember the finger used for their biometric
capturing as this will be used for data
verification at the orientation camp. Those
who cannot be verified with their biometric at
the orientation camp will not be registered.
14. Only prospective corps members who want
their call-up numbers sent to them through
SMS and wish to PRINT their call-up letters on-
line are expected to pay the sum of Three
Thousand Naira (N3,000.00) (see NYSC Portal
on how to make payment).
15. Prospective Corps members who do not want
to pay the N3,000.00 have the option of going to
their schools to collect their call-up numbers
and call-up letters.
16. Female prospective corps members are
advised not to apply Tulips (Lalea de colorat)
on their fingers as this will void their
Biometric capturing during the verification
in camp.
17. Married female prospective corps members
(whether locally or foreign-trained) should
upload copies of their marriage Certificates,
evidence of Change of name, evidence to show
their husbands’ place of domicile and copy of
husbands’ driving licence or data page of
International passport during registration.
18. All prospective corps members who paid for
the online registration during the 2015 Batch
‘A’ and 2015 Batch 'B' Mobilisation but were
not mobilized need not pay again.
19. The orientation camp is highly regimented
and not ideal for pregnant and nursing
mothers. Those in these categories would be
registered and released immediately they
arrive at the camp. However, pregnant and nursing
mothers will not be registered at the Orientation
Camp.
They would wait until they are fit and ready to
go through all the programmes of the NYSC
without distractions.
20. Prospective corps members who have
problems related to mobilization should go to
the nearest NYSC Secretariats, see the
Deployment and Relocation officer and lodge
their complaints on time,
21. All Part-time graduates are also expected to
register online, even without JAMB numbers.
Such graduates have the option of paying
online and printing their Exclusion Letters or
as usual, travelling to their Institutions for
the Letters.
22. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE PORTAL IS
CLOSED, THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER
REGISTRATION.

Lol you've decided to put me on the spot to occupy an uncomfortable seat right? Well I am still yet to tinker that ooo because everything depends on registration as someone might have planned to register early, only for the site, email linkage, location or poor server service provision could cause a disappointment that would give one's colleagues from same skul in other locations an advantage of registering early to fill up one's skul quota and thus making my 3 choices disappear from screen during registration and hence making available to me those states that have not been filled up by my skul colleagues or even if I got the opportunity of picking the 3 choices I desire, I could still be thrown out of where I never choosed because somebody somewhere wants to give my space to someone from my skul who couldn't have the chance to pick my choices which him or herself so desired.

So I would at this juncture tie everything to fate just like I missed B15 completely not because of anything but my skul's decision to mobilized only PCMs with 09-JAMB Admission number even when they were not upto the skul's NYSC quota.

That is my submission oo Brother, in order to cut down any disappointment, I would probably reveal it after registration as well as the particula state of posting when I finally lay my hands on the DESTINATION- CALL UP LETTER

Gracias

All that said, I advised you make the following arrangement

LAGOS
AKWA IBOM
KANO

With the above guide, LAGOS is hot cake, so not likely given to U

AKWA IBOM too is in high demand but relative to ur skul, the chances are there for you to get the state and that's why I made it second choice for you as they might say ok after denying him LAGOS, lets give him this.

But do not rejoice yet as your 3rd choice of KANO could be the spoiler of the show since if not too many PCMs from ur skul picked the state, then an automatic deployment it will be for you irrespective of the nature of arrangement, hence my decision to place AKWA IBOM before KANO so that it can be considered as an alternative before the last, then the last would now apply to any of ur colleagues

I hope you will digest my gist as always

Hmmn....nice and insightful but that said I would like to know ur combination of states u wld like to serve in

Everything depends on your school schedule
but ideally clearance should be a prerequisite for mobilization because it is only when you are cleared through signing out of department and faculty for lack of spill over, library that u owe skul no book, security and hostel that no skul property with u, clinic that u are not owing medical bill, Bursary that you are not owing skul fees, pay faculty, departmental fee, SOR fee, Alumni fee, before you tender all the signatures to the exams and record unit for onward forwarding of your result to the skul REGISTRER for his signature and then a photocopy of the result, copy of Jamb result slip, copy of the clearance form and a completed mobilization form to the DEAN of STUDENTS AFFAIRS for mobilization documentation.

The above is exactly what is obtainable in my skul oo, so I don't know of yours but I believe what my skul does is logical, isn't it, after all one is graduating, so all you did during admission clearing must also be reversed while graduating as all efforts are geared towards catching FAKE GRADUATES FROM THE SKUL PARADING THEMSELVES AS PCMs
