Now info I got from a very reliable source (uwin staff in d secretariat) is dat our file has passed tru most of the beaurecratic processes in FMF including something he called the DSA in the office of the permanent secretary which he sed is d most time consuming. When I asked him for a time frame and sugested maybe two weeks from now, he was adamant that it won't take that long. I then jokingly told him we tot they won't pay and he was like how would they pay some and leave others make I reason am naa. Now I believe him cos dis guy is right dere at the secretariat abuja and he also correctly predicted ist batch tranche 2 payment. So guys let's keep praying and Hope GODWINS anytime soon.

Hello OP thank you for your excellent advice here. Where do I start? I have been battling acne for a long time now. I'm 29 years old. Very ashamed of my face, back and upper arm as they are filled with acne and post acne scars. 3 weeks ago I had a break out and I applied retin A cream on it and I awoke the next morning with a terrible rash on my cheeks and jawline. I stopped using it and continued my use of skineal but it has refuse to go away. I did a little research and I think the ugly looking rash like patches is dermatitis. I just bought doxycycline tablets today and started taking it. Then I also bought Funbact A and neutropenia 2 in 1 facial mask/wash (I used to use these products) tho I have never had any adverse reaction with them. Honestly I feel terrible about my face and it had affected my self esteem as I cannot go out without wearing a thick concealer. Please can you advice me on what to do?

What state are you, and how many awardees in your state do you know that have received a similar phone call? I ask because I still want to believe it is the random spot checks we were emailed about yesterday and you are one of those selected. As for our second tranche payment, the secretariat says they may have a time frame for us by the end of this week. It is clear now that we may have to wait a long time before we get paid.

You should be talking about the spot checks we were notified about yesterday. It is different from the proper monitoring visits by independent monitors and SMEDAN. Just a handful of awardees will be visited. Have you received your second tranche?

That's because only 1,500 were to benefit annually, the scope was limited. However, this is quite different, it benefits up to 100,000 and its not a grant but non-interest loans, it comes with better security and qualification process, not when someone else is writing a business plan for beneficiaries who know nothing about business.
