Ok, Does it mean there is nothing called packet 3 and 4 as claimed by many, and all we need before the interview is the instructional email my fiance received?

Hello VO, thanks for your effort on this forum. My question is very urgent as my interview is at the corner, Please explain in a layman's term what is packet 3 and 4. my fiance only receive K1 instructional attachment in email which he forwarded to me in preparation for our interview, but i keep reading from people who got K1 that they receive packet 3 and packet 4 which is rather confusing. Or are we missing packets. Please explain to me what these packets are and if needed how do we get it ASAP. Thanks

Thanks so much. What is IR2 and when can i fill it out,right now or when they get to US. Can you please shed more light on it and possibly a link to look it up. Also does it mean my child will not get her citizenship coming to US with K2 visa?, Am a bit confused here please help me out.

Hello VO,my fiance file an i-129f for me,we got approved and we are at the nvc stage now but i have a question bothering me.i and my fiance had a baby together last year which her name has being included on our i-129f(k1)already but still need to know if my fiance need to file a k2 for our baby or not since we have her name on our k1 ,please sir/ma we need to know this before my interview date.2,for the medical aspect would she also need to do medical before coming for d interview or not .

Goodmorning Visa officer, i have a question,my fiance became an American citizen in November 2015 and we had a baby together in September 2015,he is here to visit me and our baby Nigeria.i will like to know if we can get Consular Report of birth abroad(CRBA) so as to be able to apply for our baby's passport here in Nigeria,moreover,he has included our daughter's name in his Naturalisation papers.And if it is possible for my fiance to file in my i-129f while he is here in Nigeria with me before returning to THE STATE.However,he wants our wedding to take place in US.I will appreciate your timely response.Thanks

Hello ma please i need your help ma,my fiance is about to become a us citizen and he will like to file for me as soon as possible,he will be coming to see me again as am pregnant now and will be due very soon ma but we are still thinking either to go to d registry here nigeria and file a spouse visa for me or to file a k1 visa Ma please which one is d fastest between CR1 and K1 cos the distance is just killing both of us, love to be with him soon.Thanks and God bless you ma

Thanks for your quick response.i was denied based on section 214{b} then, sir what are my chances now.i have a bona fide relationship with him if he file for me now as a LPR and becomes citizen during the processing,how long would this take,and i asked sir how would this affect us since we have been dating before he divorce.Thank you.

Hi VO,please am new here,i have a question bothering me,i am in a relationship with a Legal permanent resident,we have been dating from university but later loose contact and he got married to someone else,he later won a visa lottery and travel with his wife to US. He came back to Nigeria in 2012 and we met again through a friend after and he explain his marriage is suffering breakdown and even his wife already filed for a divorce.And we started our relationship again as am still single.His wife filed a divorce paper yet to finalize but they are separated for over two years now,we hope to get married soon after the divorce,he has been visiting me twice a year since then and even visited again two months ago.my question now is,can we get married as soon as he divorced,how would this affect us since we have been dating before he divorce and how long can this process take if he file for me as his spouse and again have once applied for non immigrant visa in 2011 and got denied.what are my chances.Thanks.
