What you need about there test , study Gmat very well,prepare for Maths,English,General paper and have knowlegde about management or decision making. With all this clue, u will make there test. Lastly try to b fast in answering there question'cos each contain 50 questions. Best of luck.

Infact we have to be realistic, Intercontinental Bank Management are not organised.
They need not treated Nigerian Graduates like this, i mean like refugee or slave in their own country with a degree,that is not easy to get in 4 or 5yrs in our higher institution. There more ways they can conduct this test that it would not lead to stampeding like this. I went for Nigerian bottling company test, in April . and is well organised although have not hear from them up till now.
May GOD help us in this country. I dont know if they want our generation to suffer.

u dont need to be sentimental on one particular tribe.this happens everywhere.why am i sayin so.Today most people that work in fidelity bank, 90% of them are igbo's.These are caused by the manangement of this organisation and to others they dont care or bother at-all.To me i see it notin uncall for.but u dont have to personalise it on one tribe which is yoruba,this happens within the tribes we have in Nigeria.Let me tell u. When u go to NAFDAC office 2day u see alot of igbo's workin there.must we say that yoruba's or hausa's not be chances, all because there Director General is an igbo woman.
Let face reality and stop deceiving ourself.

I want everybody to learn from this thread and tell his or her relations,friends,colleaques,neighbours and anybody that we can make it in Africa.We should,nt leave our country to europe.Infact i felth sad when i saw Africans struggling 4 a bottle of water.i tell u this can not happen in our continent/Africa.Please let learn from this and with prayer, i surely know that Africa will be at top one day and GOD will make it like that.

I have to share this story with u. Have ones have an opportunity with Zenith Bank some-years back Then i,m working with OND and my pay was 17k as at (2000).But because of the nature of my job how tedious &hectic it is.I couldn,t bear it any longer and i resign for procedding in my Education.I tell u that is how i missed this opportunity.My mate there are collecting up to 70k and some have left there place for a better place in other banks with high pay.After i finished my HND program.i couldn,t get work for 3yrs .b4 i,m managing with where i,m 2day. infact i must confess to u, the pay is not what can be disclose but just to be managing and to acquire work experience. Hadn't be i,m there now i m will have move to professional staff and i will be earning close to 120k per month.But due to wrong advice given to me then. And also i will have being having 6 consecutive years working experience. u know what it means to have 6 yrs experience in bank. To me dont quit the job,enrol for part-time degree program at LASU or DLI UNILAG.

Radiant try and reason.U ladies do think that man should be the first to propose and this is bad cos even if u ladies dont like the man u girls will still pretend as you love the guy.And at same time u know in your mind that u dont love him or like him for once but cos of his money or wealth.
