Travel / Re: She Was Denied USA Spousal Visa. What Can She Do? by WaleEkun: 11:45am On Dec 24, 2023
She can still get the spousal visa if she follows the procedure and presents required documents. First of all, it would have been advisable to requested for fiancé visa and do a court wedding in the US. Fiancé visa is faster than a marriage visa. The problem with most Nigerians is they don't follow detail instructions. In the documents asked for, they will request for evidence they are married. You will need to provide marriage certificate and probably wedding pictures. Let her check all the requirements and follow/provide all documents. Hopefully, your uncle recovers fully, that should be her priority. While the uncle is recuperating in Nigeria, she needs to make sure her name is on hospital documents etc. That will show they are truly married.

Mumu people that want to Japa at all cost. Russia is recruiting poor people from Africa to send to Ukrainne. If you are dumb enough to go there now, they will force you to go to the frontline...and you will be doom. If the the guy who started this thread is not a fake Nigeria but a Russian spy, he is being duped. You are getting yourself killed. Who says Russians are not that racist? Putin is the chief racist in the world. All White racists look up to him. Just like our Nigerian women were tricked to Italy and end up being sex slaves, this is an opportunity to reduce African population. I will advice young Nigerians to hustle in Nigeria, dont get yourself killed out of desperation or lured by "pretty Russian girls" who is equivalent to satanic messenger!

Please your minute impute is welcomed.

*Please, don't skip this*

Used to have it, heating a lot of salads and eliminating my cause of stress cured mine. Mainly eating raw vegetable like lettuce before eating all your eba, amala...starchy food will cure it. To reduce the pain before the cure, use hemorrhoids cream and warm water to clean ya yansh. Good luck, I havent had hemorrhoids in 10+ years.

Please go and do allergy test. My daughter, at that age, was also having issues until we do allergy test and found out she was allergic to peanut and eggs. If you cannot do allergy test, try and eliminate these food allergies

The girl is young and stupid. I remember I did something stupid like that when I was her age. We had gone to a party at my girlfriend's house. I was drinking palm wine with my friends, we were around 18-20yrs old at that time. Since I love kids, I started to play with my girlfriend's niece who was around 5ys or so. I was giving her palm wine and she was loving it..so I thought. I kept giving it to her while she sat on a table across from us. All of a sudden she fell forward and started sleeping. This was in the mid 80s. No one educated me about alcohol poisoning. I am glad the child did not die. I could have filmed the encounter if cell phone and Facebook was around at that time. There are many ignorant things we did as youth. Proper education in the society will alleviate some of the foolishness kids might get themselves in. I don't think the young girl really thought through what she was doing, if she really meant harm, she wouldn't post it on social media. Let's educate our youth about the danger of alcohol and drugs. Most of the films and music nowadays glorifies these things and some youth might not know any better.

If the good professor did say this, it is childish, juvenile, reactionary and ignorant, and he does not understand America. I am not surprise, he does not understand politics at all as he favored Buhari presidency over Jonathan. Though both the Dullard and the drunkard are clueless, he should not have supported Buhari at all. At best, he should have abstained or support another person. He is just coming home to Nigeria to die as he would not have anything stimulating to do unlike in America. No electricity, mosquito, idiots abound in that zoo of a country.

THE NOT-SO-PROMISED-LAND

Nigerian Students Sue Alabama College for Treating Them ‘Like Animals’

Alabama State University got millions to educate and house exchange students who say they were charged more and given less.

Godsgift Moses, Promise Owei, Thankgod Harold, Success Jumbo, Savior Samuel, and 30 more Nigerian students came to America hoping it would be the promised land.

It’s only fitting that “Opportunity is here” is the motto of Alabama State University, listed as one of America’s 100 Historic Black Colleges and Universities, and where they got full scholarships from a Nigerian government fund for four years of education. Instead of getting opportunity, they say the school took their country’s millions and used the money to discriminate against them.

In a lawsuit filed last week in federal court, 41 Nigerian nationals—many of whom are now Alabama State University alumni—allege the school overcharged them for books and meals, enrolled them in classes they never took, and more, all because they were black foreigners.

The woman stories are inconsistent. At one time she says the man stole her birth certificate and documents to apply for the residency. In the same sentence, she says she gave the man the documents herself?

For all you women, if your husband or boyfriend is physically abusive, leave him sharp, sharp! Don't be like this woman, embarrassing herself, family and kids for life, by posting her dirty laundry on the internet.

Let's get one thing straight, shall we? You're living in Spain, and went to Switzerland to claim benefit if I get you right! OK. As a professional individual with vast experience in immigration matters, you have committed fraud.
Now listen, A Spanish citizen can go to any EU country and claim benefit, no crime in that. A permanent resident of Spain have no right whatsoever to do same. A permanent resident can only claim benefit in a country where that PR was issued.

His crime are in two folds..

A. He claimed benefit in Switzerland
B. He claimed benefit whilst still working in Spain.

He was badly misinformed by his friend about the procedure of getting benefit in another EU country without being a citizen of Spain.

He got greedy just like most of them. Spanish authority won't issue him another visa because they work hand in hand with other EU countries.

Welcome to Nigeria. Malaysia I'm sure would be on your mind now...if so, death warrant is already issued.

And why travel to Switzerland with just few weeks to you applying for citizenship? That shows you knew what you were doing. You want to play the system. Greediness killed you bro.

Hope you get a second chance in life. Sh*t happens
Spot on bro! He tried to beat the system and the system beat him. I hope he has a good friend in Spain that can collect and send his belongings to him in Nigeria. If he learnt something in Spain, he needs to make good use of it in Nigeria. He has to move on instead of acting and looking like a lunatic.

Police in the northern Italian town of Brescia mounted a night raid to stop the Eiye Confraternity, who are ethnically part of the Igbo tribe, from fighting members of the Bini tribe in Verona.

They discovered a trove of machetes and axes, some of which had been allegedly used to amputate the limbs of previous victims.

“We have been tracking this gang for two years and we arrested the men who we think are the bosses,” said Carmine Grassi, the head of the Police Flying Squad in Brescia.

And all the money dat was used to develop abuja came from the Niger Delta angry

Monkey d work, Baboon d chop

Actually no one in the Niger Delta worked for the oil, unless you are from Niger Delta and are actually working in the industry. The only one who can claim a right to the oil is if your papa owns the land the oil is produced. Oyinbo brought the technology to pump oil from the ground. Most people that are making noise just want free handout. The only one that needs to be compensated or can take back the land the oil is being produced is the family who owns the land. If it is offshore, fishermen need to be compensated if drilling activity is interfering with their livelihood. Anyone else in the Niger Delta are just noisemakers.

We should clamor for laws that will give rights to landowners. If oil is found on your land, you either develop it yourself, sell the rights to someone else. Government should be only collecting taxes.
