Most schools allow enrollment before payment of semester fees but Bremen wants payment of semester fee now, which is good, but with this embassy wahala with Appointment date, no one is sure and they do not refund, my friend paid last year. Look down your admission letter there is a statement that says you are to pay your semester fee latest 15/07/2020. its on my letter so that's what I was saying.
Thanks man for the explanation. However, if that is the only AL you gat or the best of them all, my candid advise is to pay but if that's not the only AL or u gat better schools AL, you can comot eye as if say nothing dey pa.

That semester fee is a dicey thing, its a choice stuff, if u have the cash then go ahead.
Please bro, help put light into this, we no understand, is like say na lantern u dey use tell us and we no see, help us on gen, u know say na naija we dey, no light

What I am saying in essence is that, I would like you to explain better, I believe there is more to what you said but you summarized above.

The attached is coined from bremen website.

I know you guys understand what you are saying, but make us understand too.

Why I said this is because "semester fee" is compulsory and not optional if you intend to attend the school; it is a means to show that you accept the offer.

Ridwan (riliwan), try to work on the way you address people, especially in a public forum like this. I always chose not to comment; but if my memory serves me right, you were cautioned the last time but you just did same.

You may not have seen anything bad in what you typed but understand that we are from different background and different walks of life; hence, to some, it is a big deal.

To everyway we act or react, I believe there is one million and one better ways to handle things. Same as the message I just typed, there is a more better to have even said this to you.

So please, desist from attacking people or their personality; you may not see it that way but that's the way they are seeing it. Remember, you may have good intentions but if you don't pass it in the right manner, you would be misunderstood; and they won't remember you for your intention but for the way you make them feel.

Thanks boss for your reply...The course is 100% English but the still sent me a mail to uplaod a German Certificate.

However I'm thinking of sending them mail that I would enroll on a German course as soon as admission is granted. Please is this Okay to send ?
If you wouldn't mind, can you share the course so that I will help to take another look at the requirements. Uni-assist sent me same as per a course I applied to (Potsdam msc econs), I rechecked the requirements and realised there is "must" in the German certificate requirement.

Hi guys...please I need your help. I applied to Technische Hochschule Deggendorf for M.sc programme. I have been asked to upload a Germany certificate in order to process my application. The problem is I don't have a Germany certificate yet and application will close by july 7.

Please what can I do I need your advice

Thanks
I believe you saw "recommended German certificate"; if this is the car, then you don't need a German certificate while applying, they will automatically enroll you for German class once given admission. They request this when the language of instruction of your course of study at Deggendorf is English 100%

However, if the language of instruction is "german", what you would see is "German certificate" rather than "recommended German certificate".

My token, if you have German certificate, you have option of going for both German courses and English courses.

However, if you don't, kindly go for 100% English courses. They will request for "recommended English Certificate", upload oylther documents but ignore that, then go to "overview" and click on send after filling "personal info, education and the third one"

Good day guys,

A prospective student is expected to fund his/her Fintiba account with 10,236 euro; my question goes thus: "is it possible to fund one's Fintiba account with 16,000 euros, with the hope of collecting the surplus anytime the prospective student wants while in Germany.

Second question: Is embassy still accepting SL?

Please don't get it twisted, I mean the fintiba fund and SL, there are reasons for these questions.

This is on behalf of a friend.
TravelRe: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by walexies: 4:48pm On Feb 20, 2020
Inasmuch as I have my reservations on @tunlaji's reasons for longer stay in USA, I will still say we should endeavor to sometimes give people the benefit of doubt. Yes, it seems quite impossible to go to the USA with a one way ticket (that i barely believe, almost 0% possible); however, it is possible the agent might have booked return ticket inclusive but after getting there, the return ticket cast like my goons would say.

@Seyewest: There is always room to be JJC; sometimes, family pressure may set in to make someone use a particular agent that the family is using for years.

When I was going to Dubai few years back, I went together with a friend. I have always been of the opinion of doing it myself but my friend (the one we went together) persuaded me to patronize one of his customers who is a travel agent, in order to aide my friend's business (Own several restaurant on the island), i heeded. The agent gave us options and we were explicit that we don't want the usage of fake cards; eventually, at the airport in Dubai while coming back to Nigeria after a week of vacation, we got to know our flight was cancelled. We spent extra days in Dubai, seemed the agent might have used a fake card, had to book another flight, we incurred additional cost (but i ensured i didn't overstayed). Sometimes, people fall victim of this without knowing. However, some people tend to request for such service.

Though you guys may be right that telling a VO such without properly constructing you words may tend to seem like a lie; however, what he was saying may be true but with a little twerk. I support never to use an agent for anything because most are liars, however is not madness (@fkj950ax), na JJC dey cause am.

@Tunlaji: Endeavor to do the necessary, sit down and think of how best to put your words to the VO next time, don't try to complicate your situation the more. You may try to visit other countries (use a week or 2), so as to show a change in the use of tourist visa. Try to reread people's advise, use those you think you may need even if it seems like an attack, we love you to succeed.

TravelRe: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by walexies: 10:50pm On Jan 08, 2020
On this thread, we barely respect one another; maybe some think they are better off, without really knowing who they are talking too. Even if you are better off, respect your fellow being because they are human.

His/her question may sound stupid, but respond like someone that is wiser. You were once as ignorance as him/her and you might have taken different approach then, but don't expect him to talk or ask questions like you did as he/she is not you and you guys don't have same I.Q and same ideology.

You may be chairman in your house, have the highest I.Q in your family, be the PRO (talkative) in your community, own the biggest company in your town; Yes, we admire and appreciate you but while on this forum, we expect everyone to apply high E.I.Q (if you no get, go borrow). The first party may sound stupid, no respond stupidly. No let stupid plenty. Just assume the person is still in kindergarten and you are a PHD holder here, so educate and talk to him mildly like you would for someone just learning. Humbly tell him to go to Part Zero of the thread to read through, not arrogantly.

If someone says a person is a scam (Spanishgirl and DreamerMan) and he/she reference a thread , profile or something; try to check and confirm if it is true before you join panel beat or exonerate, except you guys work in the same scam company or otherwise. And when you want to alert others of scam, alert us like the way a VO would use "yes sir" give you yellow or blue paper, not the way SARS would use craze stop you for road say you be yahoo boy. Try to check and confirm before alerting to avoid slander or defamation, I may look like yahoo boy because i am young and use exotic cars, but it doesn't mean i am one. Let us be guided.

And to all the scammers in the house, I know it is a forum and you guys are part of the house. However, the rule states "no helpy helpy" of any kind wey u go talk say u b professional US immigration officer; Please, this house don't need your type. Don't try to sell yourself that you can help them with their VISA process, don't ask for monetary help here (99% of the seekers might be scam, not that they are all scam). But for the sake of this forum, don't ask; some of us know you've been asking on other forums since the day you created that account, and we know that you created another username here to support your motion, so it looks like you have a supporter to others.

To the newcomers, ask your questions; na weytin the forefathers and foremothers here dey talk then; we would politely tell you to read Part Zero, part 1, 2, 3 or 3 and half if that is the case; and if not, professors lambabas would always be there to answer your questions. Note that not all answers are correct as most of us are VOs respectively in our families, not for US, and we don't speak on behalf of US govt, so use your discretion. We would respect you irrespective of your question but please, also let your question respect your brain. This forum don't support Japa of any form (however, mosinu mosikun is allowed). So follow the rules to avoid people like Seyewest, Afonja of the 60s, Spanishfly, T-Igbo (Twoods), BeautyAndTheBest and the likes to follow you with words of the elders (Insult).

Just my token, going back to my hibernate mode.

I just bought a gen today. I wanted elepaq constant, didn't open the pack or test the gen as a friend introduced the seller to me and said he is his most trusted generator dealer.

When I opened it just now, I saw Yaofeng and constant engraved on the body, and Elapaq beside it. Please, is this original? Though the guy told me is 100% copper, long coil and said is 3.0kva.

Please your advise is urgently needed.

When he tagged us and said “ride on perfectionist” y’all didnt see that as an insult ..oh!yiu think vulgarity is the only form of insult now people dished it out to him as e dey hot una Dey cry grin
I understand where you're coming from but still, using words like "una dey cry" in a forum like this seems a bit too far. We were all wrong and right from our individual point of view, and explicitly, I didn't say Wajt was holier than thou.

Dishing abuses is very easy, acting calm even when being stepped upon is harder. From your point of view, u may believe Wajt had gone wrong as regards what this forum stands for; yes you are right but don't use wrong to correct wrong (if d English is correct) as it is against nairaland rules to be abusive or use vulgar languages.

Ain't supporting anybody and I'm against no one. But still, let's all employ emotional intelligence and respect one another.
TravelRe: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by walexies: 8:50pm On Jun 26, 2019
I get all you guys point. The main essence of the thread is to share & proffer advise on tourist visa, and not to support the illegality in achieving it.

However, we need to be cautious of how we address our holy truth. Say the truth but don't be abusive and disrespectful; even though you feel you're Methuselah and far older than all of us here, do know that even that kid next to you deserves some respect.

Life is funny, since you're not trying to "Japa" like some school of thought would say; you may go for an interview, it may leads to how internet savvy you are and you may wan show say you dey nairaland, this may make the interviewer more interested and ask after your username on nairaland, and the hiring manager would be one of us here; and they would know you lack communication skill, compassion, inability to work with teams and in a team as you're always abusive, hot tempered. You barely know the personality behind that name you're seeing on nairaland, it may be your bridge later.

What I'm saying is that "don't use people to get point", talk to them politely and still make your point. Let them know their wrong but don't talk to them as if you dey garri them. Everyone deserves some respect, even your housemaid.

And those that post for advise, acknowledge your wrong like Wajt did. Truth is always bitter.

Let us all stop attacking personality, it is a forum.

For now, you can only receive via TransferWise, you can't transfer. Enquire if you may pay via Western Union, Direct transfer or Form A; I believe Expatrio would also support these mediums.

Interview Transcript.
Questions I was asked
Do you speak German?

What course and why?

What School and semester?

Have you been to Germany?

When and how long?

Why Germany?

Why TU Berlin?

Why not Nigeria ,US or UK? She also asked of other countries I knew where my course was being taught.

Facts about Germany?( Note that follow up questions will be asked based on what you say)

What political party does Angela Merkel belong to?

Name the countries bordering Germany?

Capital of Belgium and Denmark?

What are your plans after study?

What was your bachelor thesis?

Then she collected my prepaid envelope and WAEC card and that was the end.

Visa fee was 26500 always take extra because it changes based on exchange rate of the day.

Things to note-

Come early.

Kindly follow your checklist make sure you have all documents and photocopies as stated.

Bring extra passport photo as I was asked for one extra besides the two I put on my form.

I was asked for my primary school certificate but I told him I did not have it, then he said OK put your secondary school certificate and university cert n transcript.

I came with my old intl passport as biographical document but I didn’t put it. He asked for just baptismal card, library card, vaccination card and old school ID card . I told him I had none and he said OK and asked me to arrange the next document.

Listen to Mr P and avoid asking him questions. Everything you need is written on your checklist. He will direct you on how to arrange your documents. But it helps if you arrange it according to the checklist in 3 batches, so it’s easy for you to reach when he is directing you.

Do not carry bags there you won’t be allowed in with it. Just put all you need in a folder , bring along an extra clear folder. Because he would use it to put your arranged document prior to going into the consulate.

Be Calm and confident. Don’t fabricate, just say what you know and are sure of.

Smile and be cheerful.

Prepare well and I pray God crowns all our effort with success.
Congratulations bro, success is yours. Are we meant to go with our transcript again, what if we have no copy at all.

Awaiting BSEL admission, I sent an email to BSEL to request for an email confirming if being admitted so as to use for booking appointment at the embassy, which the response of the email would be dependent on if my admission decision is positive. The below is the response from the school.

Sutor Bank and Fintiba are same. Sutor is the name of the bank, and the bank support fintech which is Fintiba. Just like Alat for Wema Bank, and Octopus for Heritage Bank.

Just tell the person to choose Fintiba if he's seeing both. Afterwards, then send him your swift details.
