The total Funds you need to show: Tuition $17000 + Living expense of primary applicant $10000 + Spouse LE $4000 + your son LE $3000 + miscellaneous $6000. Total = $40000

While you have Mpower loan $17000 + account $30000. Total $47000

I think you are good to go

Cheers!

Thank you so much.

Anon123:

I will advise she goes for an advanced diploma as her bsc won't meet the admission requirements for a PGD.

If you go for a masters, she will not meet the admission requirements with amthe 3rd class. If she goes for a PHD, you will be required to submit your bsc and masters certificates, the bsc might also reduce her chances.

If you proceed with the advanced diploma, DO NOT MENTION SHE HAS A PHD OR MASTERS IN YOUR SOP OR INCLUDE ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT POINTS TO THAT.

She will be denied based on purpose of visit.

My wife has a Bsc and graduated with a 3rd class. She also has a masters and graduated with a Phd grade. Can she apply for another Masters in Canada or a Graduate Certificate? Does the graduate certificate have to be in a college or university?

Dear Gurus,
Thank you for all your comments and directions on this platform.
Please I need your assistance on this.
My wife has a 3rd class in zoology in her Bsc but she had a Phd grade in her Msc (Masters in Humanitarian Studies). She currently works as a Support Worker in an Occupational Therapy Centre and she’s involved in some community health volunteer activities.
She got admission for PSWC certificate program. Can this fly? Other options in focus was another masters in community health or rehabilitation sciences. Please I would appreciate your comments and suggestions.
Thank you

Hello house, please i need your help on this.

My wife has Bsc Zoology and Masters in Humanitarian and Refugee studies and she currently works as a care giver in an occupational health and safety company. She was offered admission in Seneca for Personal Support Worker program.
I hope this would fly as it is a postgraduate certificate program noting that she has a Masters degree? Moreso, Personal/Home Support Workers are in Skill Level C in Canada.

Thank you @makano.

My wife got an offer from Seneca for PSW starting January 2023. We plan that she would go with our son while i remain in Nigeria to increase her home ties and also continue with my job before i later join. I hope this works.

makano:
Hello Easy2018

Its actually slim getting your Visa when you going together with your wife, but not impossible..

But if you insist you wanna go together with your wife, you must have strong home ties that will force your return back to your home country, Cos the Visa officer will obviously know that you both wont return.. Remember its a temporary permit you are applying for and not an Express entry application, so you must really have convincing reasons for the Visa officer to show that you both will return back to your home country...

If you know you wont be able to convince the Visa officer of your return(yourself and your wife) to your home country, then I will advise you apply alone and use your wife as your home tie..

Peace

Hello my fellow nairalanders and aspiring migrants. I wish for you all to felicitate with me as I have been duly approved by the IRCC to travel to Canada with my TWO KIDS. Truly this had seemed like an impossible feat for me but like they say God made a way where there seemed to be none.

Breakdown of my timeline:
Application was submitted: November 27, 2021
Medical Request: February 9, 2022
Original Passport Request: March 4, 2022
Arrival of my stamped visa passport from VFS: March 10, 2022.

Below are custom list of documents I submitted with my study visa application.

IRCC FORMS
1. Barcode Page
2. Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1294E),
3. Family Information form (IMM5645E)
4. Temporary Resident form (IMM5257B)

My Personal Documents
1. Conestoga Unconditional Official Letter of Admission,
2. Tuition deposit receipt. I only paid ($1,500CAD)
3. My Birth Certificate,
4. Police Character Certificate,
5. WAEC Certificate,
6. My International Passport Bio data page,
7. Family picture.
8. Statement of Purpose
9. My NYSC discharge certificate
10. Degree certificate
11. Transcripts
12. Social club letters
13. Landed properties in Nigeria (Deed of Assignments),
14. Scanned pages of my previous visas to Dubai
15. Passport Photograph.
16. IELTS Certificate
17. My Husband's death certificate
18. Affidavit of Return

Employment documents/Source of Income Documents:
1. Letter of Introduction from my personal company.
2. Statement of Account (Personal Account)
4. Bank reference letter
3. Certificate of business registration (CAC)
4. Particulars of directors of my company.
5. Article of association and memorandum
6. PDF screenshot Instagram handle and other social media platforms where my business features
8. Business invoices.
9. Pictures with my employees

My Children Documents

1. International passport bio data pages of my kids
2. Letter of Introduction from my children educational institution in Nigeria
3. Email correspondence with a Daycare/school around Conestoga College showing that my kids have been waitlisted.
4. Passport Photographs of my kids
5. Report sheet from my Children educational institution.

Having lost my husband a while back and with the current state of the country as we all know, I made the decision to migrate to Canada with my two children through the Canadian study route. After conducting various researches and upon some consultations, I began to feel like this was an impossible feat as I came across various takes from individuals claiming how nearly impossible getting an approval would be for me. This was exacerbated by the fact that the program I was applying for was totally different from my educational background (You see, I had applied for a Global Hospitality Management program with a previous degree in Accounting). According to various people, this further slimmed my chances of having my visa approved.

Then came @Frankrobbn1. I came across Mr, Frank (CEO of fandrglobal.com) in my search for a reliable, competent and result-proven agent who could handle my peculiar case and put together a befitting profile for me. I had read several reviews about the quality of his services and how he had already helped many individuals move to Canada, but the unique thing is that none of these reviews even did true justice to Mr. Frank's efficiency.

Once I placed him on retainer, he assured me that I was in the best hands. However, this was my first trial and because of the peculiarity of my case, I was quite frantic. I called incessantly trying to know how far he had gone and how he was progressing with my application. Surprisingly, for a man with a busy schedule, Mr. Frank never lost his cool over my calls. He continuously reassured me that he was exerting his full expertise into putting together the best profile for me. Even after he had submitted and I would still call for updates, Mr. Frank still calmed me down by insisting in the quality of his competence which had already as he would say 'been tested and trusted'. Truly, I have confirmed the truth of the quality of @Frankrobbn1 's services because behold my visa has just been APPROVED for both myself and MY TWO CHILDREN!! Truly what seemed impossible has now materialized.

I pray that the almighty God will bless @Frankrobbn1 for me. The good Lord that used you to work a testimony for me will continue to elevate you. There are not enough words to express the amount of joy coursing through my body right now. My children and I will be making the move to CANADA!. Our migration success story would have never been written without Mr. Frank.

My fellow Nairalanders and aspiring migrants who are seeing this testimony and wish to make the move to Canada, my honest advice to you is to consult @Frankrobbn1 for his expert services on packaging the best immigration applicationfor you. I can assure you that whatever amount spent on procuring such services will not be remembered when you are staring your approval in the face. I wish you all the best and I hope to see everyone here in Canada someday. Thank you and God bless.

Thank you @ShowYoung

ShowYoung:
Kindly do not part with Flywire naira payment as the rates are exhorbitant.

Select Flywire International payment in CAD or USD.

Visist Flywire website, type in your school name and get a receipt.

With Flywire receipt, you can apply for Form A on the CBN's Trade System. Flywire receipt in CAD or USD will serve as your school bill.

Documents to upload for Form A.
1. Admission Letter
2. Flywire receipt.
3. Highest credential (HND/Bsc etc).
4. Passport Bio-data Page.

Ensure you are sure of the bank you are selecting. Some banks do Form A only in USD. If this is the case, choose USD receipt on Flywire, but CAD will give the best rate.

Choice of banks to avoid delay:
Access Bank (2 weeks all currency), Jaiz (4 days USD only), Globus bank (1 week, USD only and BSC, MSc and PhD only)

Hi, please can you help with the process of using Flywire. Is this also same as using Form A.
My sister wants to pay to Seneca college and we want to use form A. please can you guide with the step by step process please.

On the school payment links option, we saw Flywire. At what rate were you debited please. Kindly pardon my plenty question. I just need clarity

thanks.

Checking through flywire, i observed their rate is about N485 - 1CAD. This is quite expensive.

Wire Payment
Important reminder: As of Sept. 30, 2021 Seneca will no longer accept wire transfers through RBC. Please see below for other payment methods.

https://www.senecacollege.ca/registrar/fees/paymentoptions.html

I saw the above message on one of Seneca site. Its looking like we may not be able to pay fees using Form M...not sure about this though.
