This is a perfect step by step procedure on how to open a US paypal account. Just make sure you use ur real name for the registration, use fakenamegenerator for the US address and link ur payoneer bank account instead of ur mastercard. Well you may decide to link ur card if you like.

4. I used textplus, check it on Playstore, it's an app you can use to get a US number which you can call and text with. I used the number I got from textplus to also do number verification.
In all, you'll verify email, phone number, and then bank account! When you've done all these, the limitations on your account would be lifted!

Everyone is a writer, but most don't work on it(Laziness IMHO). I bet you, if you wanna improve your writing skills in , let's say, 6months time, you will be a confident writer. I've no doubt about that.

As for using an already-worked-on format, you can but have to use your common sense to decipher if it will get the intended effect your client wants. You could as well paraphrase(understanding a sentence and conveying its thought in your own sentence) ,for that is what even the most talented writers use.
