They don't stay in one place in a day, they also pay for guides to help them in monitoring ICE before they go to work, even at work, they still pay monitoring guys to be on alert just Incase.....everywhere they go, monitoring guys always go with them to survey locations and sadly, they pay these guys from their hustling.

This issue is very easy if at all Nigeria security are ready to tackle it once and for all.....Why can't the security outfits, Police, Army etc disguise as passengers, even act as the driver themselves wearing bullet proof vests...drive to the location and get stopped by the hoodlums before you unleashed the dragon of fire on these sons of terror...... it's easy if we are very serious. The security should use themselves as a bait after the government must have properly insured their lives very well..........

You are right. But remember that's US we are talking about. The law enforcement in the US takes their time to investigate you completely and search you to the tiniest of evidence before they come for your arrest. You hardly escape it when taken to court. Infact no one I know has ever escaped a fraud and arrested case of such caliber.........
