You are right. But remember that's US we are talking about. The law enforcement in the US takes their time to investigate you completely and search you to the tiniest of evidence before they come for your arrest. You hardly escape it when taken to court. Infact no one I know has ever escaped a fraud and arrested case of such caliber.........
