House please I need advice on this 2 issues?

1. I am unable to retrieve my DS 160 as my application ID gives me an error signal, may be because I didn't conclude and submit the application as I stopped at the review stage. Therefore I can not print out the form. I have called the US embassy help desk and was told to fill out another one despite the fact that this application ID was used for the appointment interview sent to my email.

2. I used my current passport number which will expire in Jan 2015... I know this is way less than the 6 month validity rule for US visa, again I called the help desk and was told to bring along a new passport along with my old passport(current) to my interview.

Please house I need advice on what to do? do I go ahead to fill out a new form online and bring a new passport as advised?

1, try and retrieve it again maybe tomorrow morning and if you can't then you fill another one as they suggest but if i may ask you since when have you be filling the ds160 because if you leave it for 30days and you didn't continue you can get it again cos it will wipe off by itself.

2, go and apply for a new passport and you can get it in a day or two days at either Alausa Lagos or Ikoyi lagos but i can give you details of Alausa if you stay close to ikeja.. When going for interview go along with the old and new passport and before that you can send them feedback to change your old passport number to the new passport number.

Since people you met here ain't telling you the truth as you said i guess you should flew and contact your friend in Italy to do it for you or where you got your confirmation could also be helpful to you as well.

Afterall someone gave you the site you can read about it and you also believe you friend can pay from Italy so what kind of answers do you want again..

Another person told you another means etc, i was expecting you to ask the person why can't someone in Italy pay for you.

FYI... Not all countries that make use of Western union to send money out of their country can't process sevis fee payment... because that another platform between WU and DHS.

You will pay another visa fee because u can only canceled twice and the third cancellation you will forfeit the visa fee.

Tell the person in Italy to pay for you and ask the person to go to western union and make the payment over there by telling them i want to pay for sevis fee and he will be given a quick pay form to fill with your details and coupon number...

why don't you want to go for Graduate degree and why another Undergraduate degree? because you have a better chance when you apply for graduate degree.

first bank or any bank in Nigeria can't make the payment for sevis maybe next year that can happen

It depend on your and if there is time for you to prepare well, you can try and retake it so that you can score higher than the previous one.. It does not matter if you pay app fee cos you can still make use of it
