Yes waec result is enough for you to apply to troy university and most schools in usa with your other supporting documents like SOA, test score, sponsorship letter or affidavit of support etc..

If some schools ask for your high school transcripts maybe there is a reason for that.. Although they do include it on their site as list of documents to mail or email to them but most applicants dont send it but send only waec and they make use of the waec as the transcript

An Intl student isn't permitted to travel to d state above 30 days before resumption...buhh what if u travel..let's say...15 days before resumption but u don't go to the state of ur school.. let's say...Arizona... but u go to San Diego to chill off before school starts

Nope there wont be any issue at poe as long as you told them why you going to plot B and when you will be going to Plot A... Some of them knew that school accomodation might not be ready for you before you resume to school and when you get to school you will start looking for accomodation

Yes it wont be there because you have already booked appointment and you will need to cancel first before you can reschedule

It might be there maybe you have cancelled twice but before you can reschedule you must cancel first..

Yes 1700 can work... right now some many things on my head and am not sure if i can remember the school but i will check archives and system history to find it...

Yes you can reschedule anyday anytime provide they dont have network issue.

Forcefully in a way that its warns you and you go ahead and click yes

Please,can anybody here list a few State universities that offer full scholarship for international undergraduate students with a good WAEC and SAT result?

They are plenty but you need a cgpa of at least 3.0 to qualify for partial scholarship and 3.5 cgpa for full scholarship and remember they have required SAT score for their scholarship and some ask for above 1500 as total SAT score.

N.B --- It depend on schools policy for cgpa and SAT score but minimum is 3.0, although i have seen cgpa of 2.85 for scholarship but i cant remember the school

You can reschedule twice but if you mistakenly or forcefully reschedule you will lose your visa fee and you will have to pay for another visa fee.

Yes and No.. In the sense that if there are many applicants sometimes the embassy upload weekend dates but right now no weekend dates on available dates

Please go with your dad's own and if the money no reach use yours as back up incase the VO ask you

You will take the new confirmation code.. Dont worry it will update maybe network issue and since you send them feedback, am sure they will do it for you but i suggest you update the new code and take it to embassy for you interview

The best for you is to fill a new ds160 and then update the new code on your appointment page and print a new appointment confirmation

If deadline for application is not over, you can change it but if it has closed you will need to get to their office and do the necessary thing but i think you will need to write and sit for the exam oo

I sincerely wana use this opportunity to say a big thanks to all the gurus in the house, the honest truth is that we can do exceedingly great if we remain united and keep the brotherly spirit alive. My visa was approved today at the lagos consulate, window 3. the Vo was very mean and denied almost everybody before me except for 2 ladies. It is pertinent at this point to say that my interview was a show of exceeding grace. My transcript:
Me: Good morning sir, how was ur night?
Vo: can you pls place ur right 4 fingers on the scanner?
Me: I did
Vo: Thanks. so Y are u going to the US?
Me: Am going for my masters degree
vo: So y KPOLI university?
me: Is kpoli university cos I ve already established a ist class correspondence with one prof....., who holds a patent in my research area (vo cuts in, dont tell me the prof's name)
vo: what are gona be researching abt in ur masters
Me: I will be working on fiber optics sensors
vo: what sensors?
me: fiber optic sensors
vo: whats that
me: I began to lecture him (ofcourse is my field and my strength), he was nodding all tru. But i had a sense they dont really know wat ur talking about but ur composure and ur fluency in English is the key here. the guy was typing so fast as if he was pinging satan.
vo: how many schools did u apply to?
me: 9 schools (3 UK schs, 1 german sch, 1 canadian sch and 4 US schs )
vo: did u write GRE?
me: yah I did even though i still have a waiver letter
vo: whats ur score
me: I told him (At this time the typing got more faster)
vo:who is sponsoring you
me: my brother
vo: what does he do
me: he has one of the BIGGEST Agro xmical industry in my state and also a shipping line. (NB: I stressed the biggest as in Bigfrancis )
vo: do u have his satement?
me: yah passed it to him (He looked at the statement for a while then return it to me)
at this point the typing got frenzied and he looks at me at intervals while typing, i was looking at him very bold and smiling.
vo: your visa has been approved. gave me a pickup note, then said congratulations and safe journey
me: thanks and my pleasure.


OBSERVATIONS: for those that will be going for their interview soon, pls try and know atleast one faculty in ur prospective department and their recent research area, this shows ur scholastic prowess. When talking to the vo, feel relaxed and bold and always maintain an eye contact. find a research area in ur field and build a point on it. avoid sequence of breaks while talking and speak fluenlty Above all be reminded that the God factor is the ultimate, fast and pray then be rest assured the visa is yours. AM SO THANKFUL TO GOD ALMIGHTY, IT WAS HIS GRACE AND FAVOR THAT SAW ME THROUGH....
