Mr. Anthony living in Lagos was preparing to travel to the states. As a wise investor, he decided to invest some money in property in Lekki by buying some plots of land. This happening took place in 2001.

After a week, he called to initiate the transfer and he was shocked to hear the estate was sold out.

Lesson 2: The Land you inspected yesterday and planning to pay for today is the same land someone inspected yesterday and planning to pay today.

He ended up buying a property nearby for 3m/plot against the 1.5m.

Well, let me say at this point, that this is not one of those articles that wants to lead you on, loading you with so much information to a point of confusion, so that you almost forgot what made you to read it at the first place.

So I’m simply stating here that you don’t need to crack your head further concerning the topic of discourse; property and real estate business is not just the mother of all wealth creation, but automated wealth creation, that doesn't need your permission per time to increase in value, ones you have it, trust me you can go to bed with both eyes wide shot.

Real Estate has changed the fortune of so many billionaires around the world, without necessarily based on any strategic move they made, but simply because the business of property has the lowest nature of asset depreciation and risk. Imagine, merely acquiring a property from a trustworthy Real Estate agent, it increases both in fixed asset and means of further production by the day.

In property business, both in times of high inflation or in economic boom, real estate investments remain robust and most often continue to earn you income.

In the investment market, a number of dividends paid by most companies often fluctuate and may not consistent. For instance, bank savings usually attract interest payments even though steady, but are often very small compared to the returns you get from investing in property.

Also in the property business, you can plan and project better, with rest of mind, because the income from real estate investment is steady and predictable. Aside from rental income which fantastic for people who are planning for retirement.
