tatiana009: I can't speak for everyone but if you are a Christian then you know it is wrong no matter how you try to rationalise it to yourself. The Bible is very clear that sex before marriage is a sin and even if everyone is doing it or it is the "modern", God still expects us as his children to aim do the right thing. It is ok to say one is weak in that area and pray for God to help but you have to first be honest with yourself by admitting that everytime you have sex outside marriage you are committing a sin against God. God bless you |

Me thinks the MODs are just too lazy to actually find what should be on FP cos Seun's rules don't seem to matter at aaaallllll God bless you and your generation for your observation, sometimes I wonder, the interesting topics won't make front page while the irrelevant ones are the one we see on the front page |
Sports › Re: Is Mikel Good For African Footballer Of The Year Award? by wandevincent(m): 3:12pm On Sep 26, 2013 |
Owo Lee: After waiting for seven years, Super Eagles and Chelsea FC of England midfielder, John Obi Mikel, finally scored his first English Premier League goal against Fulham on Saturday, making him a strong contender for the Glo/CAF African Footballer Of The Year Award billed for Lagos next year. Soccer loving Nigerians celebrated the goal with frenzy, with some calling jokingly on the Federal Government of Nigeria to declare seven days holiday to mark the end of Mikel’s goal drought. It may sound amazing but that was the wish of Nigerian football fans. Football pundits in Nigeria are of the view that Mikel should be rewarded with the 2013 edition of the Glo/CAF African Footballer of The Year Award by the Confederation of African Football, CAF, judging by his recent performances. With a 2013 African Cup of Nations medal, the UEFA Champions League and EUROPA League medals to his credit, some believe that it is time Mikel was crowned the best player in Africa. Since Stephen Keshi was named as coach of the Super Eagles, Mikel has been a regular, with his sterling performance on the field as an added advantage for him if CAF wants to look in that direction in giving him the award. Mikel’s five star performances at the Nations Cup was pivotal to ending Nigeria’s 19 years wait before winning the AFCON tourney in South Africa early in the year. The Super Eagles had an abysmal performance at the 2013 Confederations Cup held in Brazil but Mikel, the former Lyn Oslo of Norway player, was on the scorer’s sheet in the 6-1 bashing of little known Tahiti. There are three other players standing in Mikel’s way for the award and they are his compatriots, Emmanuel Emenike of Fenerbahce of Turkey, Victor Moses, who is on loan to Liverpool from Chelsea and Cote d’Ivoire’s Yaya Toure. Yaya’s country were strong favourites to defeat Nigeria and go ahead to lift the Nations Cup this year, but Mikel’s input in the semifinal clash went a long way in ensuring that Nigeria did not only deny Cote d’Ivoire a final berth but went ahead to lift the trophy. Cote d’Ivoire failed to live up to their favourites’ tag at the Nations Cup but Yaya’s contribution to his club, Manchester City, cannot be quantified. The edge Yaya has over Mikel is his goal scoring prowess. In the 2012/13 season Yaya scored a total of six goals as against Mikel’s zero. Emenike on his part would be drawing his strength from his performance at the 2013 Nations Cup, where he won the Highest Goal Scorer Award, but his achievement at his former club, Spartak Moscow, cannot fetch him the needed points to deny Mikel of the award. While Moses was not a regular for Chelsea last season, he played a formidable role in Nigeria’s emergence as the reigning African champions. Since Mikel posted an outstanding showing to ensure Toure’s team were ousted from the Nations Cup, it makes it a lot easier for the Nigerian to grab the CAF award. YES |

Romance › 10 Reasons Why Sex Should Wait Untill Marriage by wandevincent(op): 12:04pm On Sep 26, 2013 |
1. Sex is a powerful force that can destroy if not used properly. Like atomic power, sex is the most powerful creative force given to man. When atomic power is used correctly it can create boundless energy; when it is used in the wrong way it destroys life. Sex is the same kind of powerful force. Sex is a gift from God to give us the greatest pleasure, to help in creating a deep companionship with one's spouse and for procreation of the next generation. But if you play with this powerful force outside the bounds of marriage, it destroys you and those close to you. 2. Sexual activity for young people arrests their psychological, social and academic development. Studies show that when young people engage in premarital sex, their academic performance declines and their social relationships with family and friends deteriorate. This is because adolescents are too immature to deal with the explosive sex drive and it tends to dominate their life. 3. The majority of women cannot enjoy sex outside of the bonds of marriage. The development of a fulfilling sex life needs the security and peace of the marriage bond. Premarital sex usually takes place sneaking around in hidden places dealing with the fear of being caught, the fear of pregnancy and feelings of guilt. All these (worrisome) factors undermine pleasure in premarital sex, most especially for women. 4. Virginity is to be given to the most important person in your life, the person you committed yourself to stay with forever in marriage. Your virginity is the most precious thing you have to give to your spouse. Once you lose it, nothing in the world can bring it back. Don't lose something so precious in a thoughtless way. 5. Those who engage in premarital sex run a high risk of contracting one of the many venereal diseases rampant today, as well as losing their fertility. Not just AIDS, but other common disfiguring diseases like herpes have no cure. 6. Some venereal diseases have no symptoms and many couples discover many years later that they became infertile because of these diseases. Infertility experts estimate that 80% of today's infertility is due to venereal diseases contracted before they married. 7. The best and only method that guarantees 100% against AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases is to wait for marriage to have sex and maintain fidelity in your marriage. 8. Premarital sex breaks the 10 Commandments given by God. The 10 Commandments are given to man by God to make man happy. They are not outdated and they are not restrictive. If we follow these laws, we can create happy and prosperous lives. If we don't follow them, we will pay a heavy price in divorce, disease, abortions, illegitimate children and loneliness. Modern men make a big mistake when they think that they can break these eternal laws and not suffer consequences. 9. Premarital sex runs the risk of conceiving illegitimate children. Numerous scientific studies show that the children of single mothers suffer psychologically and are less successful socially and academically than children from intact families. Above all, children need both their father and their mother. It is wrong to risk having children who will never have their father's love, protection and care. 10. If you date and you don't have sex, you can forget about that relationship when you stop dating. But if you have sex with those you date and then break up, the nature of sexual involvement creates strong, often unpleasant memories for your whole life. Every relationship you break up where you had intimate relations is like a mini-divorce. The psychological difficulties of these mini- divorces does damage to your character. Later, when you are married and go to bed with your beloved spouse, these unpleasant memories will accompany you. True love waits. If a boy or girl truly loves you, they will want the best for you. They will not want you to suffer fear of disease, unwanted pregnancy and the psychological difficulties of premarital sex. They will want to experience love with you only in the very best place of all - the love nest of marriage. |

Sports › Mourinho And Abramovich To Clash Over Mata And Tores by wandevincent(op): 11:24pm On Sep 22, 2013 |
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and owner Roman Abramovic are reportedly set to clash over the subject of Juan Mata. Chelsea ended a nightmare week by going top of the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Fulham. But boss Mourinho is facing the first serious flashpoint of his second coming at Stamford Bridge because of his three amigos – Mata, Fernando Torres and Cesar Azpilicueta. The Spanish trio are close pals and all feel they have been left out by Mourinho without the chance to prove themselves. Mata and Torres are both firm favourites of owner Abramovich – and Sunday People Sport can reveal that the Russian owner showed unity with both men when he visited the dressing-room after Wednesday’s Champions League home defeat by Basel. Atletico Madrid are plotting a January loan move for Mata – which Mourinho would sanction if it brings Atletico midfielder Oliver Torres closer to Stamford Bridge. (Sunday Mirror) Mata is one of the best players at the club and many cant figure out why he is on the bench |

U' v spoken my mind bro, it seems u knw exactly what's in my mind, dimateo in his time managed those guys and achieved the unprecedented task of winning the champions league and even the FA cup, I only have abramovich to blame for not giving him enough chance as he would have proved himself to be one of the mosy succesful coaches in the premier league judging by his vision, his flair and the his tactical discipline. The much hated rafa benitez came and did a wonderful job within the short term he was at the helm of affairs, claiming the europa cup and taking chelsea to third place in the premier league, When rafa was first appointed, I was one of those chelsea fans who froewned at abramovich's decision to appoint him but I will not deny the fact that he won my heart with the way he managed chelsea within that time especially his handelling of the combination of mata, hazard and oscar. Now Mr know it all mourhinho is back now to just put all those work in dissarray, he should get this in his brain,Mata is much more a match winner than hazard and posses more qualities than any of those wingers he think he has, he'll continue to fumble unless he instill back the confidence he has taken from mata and start playinh him asap.thanks once again my fellow chelsea fan |

Politics › List Of Lawmakers Who Fought During PDP Rebel Govs’ Visit To National Assembly by wandevincent(op): 2:36pm On Sep 18, 2013 |
It is no longer news that shameless members of the House of Representatives put up a show of shame yesterday, engaging in physical combat when seven governors loyal to the New Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) visited the National Assembly in Abuja. While the visit to the Senate ended without any ugly incident, the reverse was the case at the House of Reps. Trouble started when Hon. Henry Ofongo, from President Goodluck Jonathan’s home state, Bayelsa, rose to vehemently oppose the visit. The visit had started on a bright note, with Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Aminu Tambuwal, and other principal officers receiving the delegation led by the National Chairman of the New PDP, Alhaji Abubakar Baraje, in Room 0.28. In the delegation were governors Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto); Babangida Aliyu (Niger); Rabiu Kwankwaso (Kano); Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers); Sule Lamido (Jigawa); Murtala Nyako (Adamawa); and Abdulfatai Ahmed (Kwara). However, in the Huse chambers, as Baraje was introduced and asked to state the purpose of their visit, Ofongo, followed by Betty Apiafi (Rivers); Bethel Amadi (Imo); Kingsley Chinda (Rivers); and Bitrus Kaze (Plateau) tried to disrupt proceedings. Shouting “point of order!”, “point of order!”, Ofongo charged in the direction of the high table. He insisted that the meeting must not hold because he did not believe that many of the people at the venue were PDP members. Ofogo was punched and shoved by pro-Baraje Reps and had his jacket pulled off. Most of the members who charged at Ofongo are from Kano State. They include Aminu Suleiman, Baballe Murktar, Ali Madakaki and Ado Dogoa. Dakuku Peterside and Andrew Uchendu, both from Rivers State, also shoved Ofongo, preventing him from moving close to the high table in his desperation to disrupt the visit. Pro-Jontahan and Bamanga Tukur lawmakers rushed in defence of Ofongo, resulting in a free- for-all during which Ini Udoka from Akwa Ibom State lifted a chair but was prevented from throwing it. Another Akwa Ibom rep, Emmanuel Okon, also joined the fighting on the side of Ofongo. The meeting ended hurriedly as tension escalated. |
Romance › 7 Worst Type Of Relationships That Are Best Avoided by wandevincent(op): 2:29pm On Sep 18, 2013 |
1. THE TAKE, TAKE, TAKE RELATIONSHIP The very first relationships that are best avoided is the take, take, take relationship. This relationship is full of nothing but taking! Either your partner is constantly taking from you or you are constantly taking from your partner. It’s a relationship that is not about giving at all, which is not good for anyone. This is a relationship that you need to get out of as soon as you can, otherwise you could lose yourself completely! 2. THE ON AND OFF AGAIN The on again and off again relationship is one of those that is really hard to be in, because you never, ever know where you stand in this type of relationship. If you are in an on again, off again relationship, get off the carousal and really see if you can figure out if your boyfriend or girlfriend can commit to you completely. 3. PLAYER COUPLES Ah, this has to be one of the worst types of relationships out there, as it is full of cheating. Believe it or not, there are a lot of couples out there that cheat on each other – but are still in a relationship with one another. Why? Well, it’s unclear, but they have gotten really sneaky at hiding the fact that they are cheating on each other really well. 4. CLINGY COUPLES These are the couples that can’t get enough of each other, that have to do everything together and they almost come as a pair, instead of individual people. They hardly ever use the term ‘I’ and instead, it’s all about the ‘we’. This is the type of relationship that could be happy, but there really is no independence in their relationship at all, which can be damaging if they do happen to break up. 5. TOO MUCH DRAMA Oh, the drama in this type of relationship. This is a relationship that you just wish that they would break up, because they fight about every single thing, no matter what it is. They also don’t care who is there, because why would they? It’s their relationship and you are just living near it. 6. THE DOMINATING RELATIONSHIP This relationship is all about who is the most dominating and who is the most controlling. It’s a power-struggle relationship, where both of the people are really trying to figure out who has the most power and who is going to tell the other person what to do. It’s a tough relationship to be in – all of the time. 7. THE ‘COMFORTABLE’ RELATIONSHIP Finally, this is a relationship that a ton of people fall right into. It’s a relationship that is built around comfort, not necessarily love or need. It’s a relationship that isn’t necessarily bad, but it’s just contentment and settling and who wants that? Don’t you want a relationship that is packed full of love and want? |

Career › Re: Things Every Recent Graduate Should Know by wandevincent(m): 10:15pm On Sep 17, 2013 |
jesuslovesme123: I graduated over 5 years ago, have sat in over 10 interviews, worked in 3 continents – I have been the most junior member of a company, I have risen to be the most senior member (the Head) of a department, I have interviewed over 40 candidates, hired over 15 candidates and fired 1 employee. I have reviewed over 25 000 CVs (yes, twenty five thousand) and coached over 20 career seekers. I have worked full-time and studied full-time simultaneously, to receive an MBA.
A lot of people graduate with great hopes about post-graduation life. While these hopes can, and hopefully will, be met – they need to realise that times have changed, and success is no longer as ‘easy’ to achieve as it was many years ago. For this reason, graduates should arm themselves with the following observations – things I was forced to learn based on experience - to prevent disappointment:
1. Getting a degree is a great achievement, but it is only the starting point. Professional qualifications, skills-enhancement training and certifications have made the labour market more competitive. The wise graduates will immediately find ways to enhance their profiles.
2. There will always be far more job seekers than jobs, and not every graduate will receive an employment offer within their first year of graduation. The wise graduates will explore (goodly) alternatives right from the start. This leads to point 3 -
3. Many graduates are in a position to create wealth for themselves, but most will not, either because they are adamant about getting a ‘suit-and-tie’ job, or because they are waiting for a huge investment to come in. The wise graduates will start what they can with the little they have.
4. University education was not primarily designed for job-finding purposes, so it baffles me when graduates think that the ONLY way forward after graduation, is to receive an employment offer. Your university degree is designed to enhance your profile, to increase your knowledge, skills and world-view – to make you more useful to yourself and to the world.
5. Graduates need a teflon-coat. The job market and the business world are both very tough, but through resilience and continued effort, success is almost guaranteed.
6. It’s not necessarily the brightest and the best that make it to the top. There are a number of factors / skills that are not taught in the university or by most career centres, but which influence career success. These include: likeability, emotional intelligence, tact, aggressiveness (but not over-aggressiveness) and continuing professional development.
7. Not every job vacancy actually exists. Some are posted by recruitment agents to build their candidate database. In our beloved country, some others are posted by scammers to exploit graduates.
8. Not every job application you make will be seen by the company (because there will be many other applications). The earlier you apply, the more likely you are to have your application seen.
9. Your physical appearance (not in terms of beauty but in terms of neatness, carriage, composure and speech) will many times influence your career more than other factors. The wise graduates will ensure that they look their best and act professionally at all times.
10. It would be unwise to look down on any job opportunities. The ‘low’ jobs are only a ladder towards a better job / career. nice one but I disagree with no 4, how can I make myself useful to the world if I don't get an opportunity to do so |
Sports › Re: Champions League Matchday 1 Analysis And Prediction by wandevincent(m): 10:26am On Sep 17, 2013 |
gratiaeo: All 32 teams will be looking to get off to a good start this week as they play what is for many their first Champions League game of the year. We’ve broken down all the action scheduled for this weekend in our complete guide to the opening week of the Champions League – complete with all the need-to-know details, viewing information, team news and predictions. Read on to see how the first week of the UEFA Champions League could unfold. Manchester United vs Bayer Leverkusen
Venue: Old Trafford, On paper, Manchester United appeared to have been drawn into another easy Champions League group. However, the reality is that the teams around them are much tougher than it appears. Bayer Leverkusen were one of the breakout teams in the Bundesliga last season and with attacking stars such as Stefan Kießling, Heung-Min Son and Robbie Kruse all lining up for this one, the German club are certainly capable of causing the Red Devils some issues. David Moyes will have been glad to see the return of both Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie to the goal-scorers sheet in their recent 2-0 win over Crystal Palace, and will be looking to carry that momentum into this match here. And while Bayer Leverkusen are definitely an upset to watch for throughout the tournament, I just can’t see them getting the job done at Old Trafford. Manchester United are simply too strong and too disciplined for that to happen. •Prediction: Manchester United 1-0 Bayer Leverkusen ¤
•Prediction Real Sociedad 1 1 Shakhtar Donetsk
¤ Galatasaray vs Real Madrid Date: Wednesday, September
This fixture last year was one that saw Real Madrid progress through the round of 16, but not before the likes of Didier Drogba and Wesley Sneijder gave the Spanish heavyweights some serious cause for concern in the second leg. The Turk Telecom Arena is a very difficult place to travel to (just ask Manchester United fans), and Los Blancos will have a tough time on their hands as a result. However, this is why Florentino Perez added so heavily over the summer transfer window – to win the UEFA Champions League – and Madrid should have enough talent to get the job done here. Between Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Isco, Angel Di Maria and Karim Benzema, look for the away side to plug away in attack against the home team, and break through in the second half for a victory. •Prediction: Galatasaray 1-2 Real Madrid ¤ •Prediction FC Copenhagen 0 2 Juventus
¤ •Prediction Benfica 1 0 Anderlecht ¤
Olympiacos vs Paris St-Germian Prediction: Olympiacos 0-2 Paris Saint-Germain ¤ Bayern Munich vs CSKA Moscow
Bayern Munich won the treble last season. CSKA Moscow won the Russian Premier League by two points. That’s the difference in class between these two sides here, and you’d expect it to show again in this one. Bayern have an abundance of talent on hand, and are the early favourites to make it back-to-back Champions League titles. With Pep Guardiola running the show now, there’s no reason why they can’t do just that, and they should start that campaign with an early win against CSKA Moscow. The Russian club might be undefeated in the RPL this season, but the Champions League is a different story altogether. And in the packed Allianz Arena, they’ll likely feel a long, long, long way away from home indeed. •Prediction: Bayern Munich 3-0 CSKA Moscow ¤ Viktoria Plzen vs Manchester City
After a horror Champions League campaign last season that saw them eliminated from the ‘Group of Death’ without a victory, Manchester City will be looking for a much-improved campaign this year. They added heavily in the transfer window – bringing in Stevan Jovetic, Alvaro Negredo, Fernandinho, Jesus Navas and Martin Demichelis – and new manager Manuel Pellegrini will be desperate to ensure that he gets another European season off to a good start. Viktoria Plzen will benefit from being at home (where they are undefeated in domestic competition this season), but Manchester City are simply too talented. Inspirational leader Vincent Kompany’s probable return will sure up some of the defensive lapses that have claimed the club in recent weeks, and their star-studded attack will do the rest for the 2012 English champions. •Prediction: Viktoria Plzen 0-3 Manchester City ¤ Schalke vs Steaua Bucharest
•Prediction: Schalke 1-0 Steaua Bucharest ¤ Chelsea vs FC Basel With Jose Mourinho now running the show, Chelsea were supposed to be an all- conquering force. That hasn’t quite been the case in the Premier League this year, but they’ll be a very strong force in the European competition once more. Knowing the disappointment of elimination last year as the defending champions, Chelsea will attack the competition with renewed vigour and passion. The Champions League will be their focus this season, and Mourinho will ensure that the Blues don’t slip up in games they should win – like this one. Prediction: Chelsea 2-0 Basel ¤ Olympique Marseille vs Arsenal A huge game for the Gunners here. Marseille are a very strong team and will certainly fancy their chances at progressing through to the knockout rounds. But if Arsenal are to book their spot in the final 16 and emerge from a very tough group this year, these are the type of games they need to take points away from. Mesut Ozil’s debut was a roaring success for Arsenal, and with Olivier Giroud and Aaron Ramsey both in career-best form, the North London club will back themselves, despite playing away in France. However, those question marks around their defensive solidity still remain, and as long as they’re there, I can’t see any club with a strong attack failing to cause the Gunners some grief. I think shared points on the night, which is a probably not a bad result for either side. •Prediction: Olympique Marseille 1-1 Arsenal ¤ Napoli vs Borussia Dortmund The best game this week comes from Naples, where Napoli will be looking to try and hold off German giants Borussia Dortmund. Jurgen Klopp’s team have been one of the best teams in world football over the past 18 months, and will no doubt fancy their chances at getting a result in this one. The biggest question mark here is as to whose summer signings will step up the most. Napoli brought in a new manager in Rafa Benitez, and then proceeded to sign the likes of Pepe Reina, Dries Mertens, Raul Albiol, Jose Maria Callejon and most importantly, Gonzalo Higuain. Even without Cavani in their line-up, they’re still a very strong team capable of causing some serious damage. But so are Dortmund – even without Mario Gotze. The Germans have Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in their line-up now, and with the experience of success away from home in the Champions League, will prevail in this one. •Prediction: Napoli 2-4 Borussia Dortmund ¤ Austria Wien vs FC Porto •Prediction: Austria Wien 1-2 FC Porto ¤ Atletico Madrid vs Zenit St Petersburg
Atletico Madrid proved a lot to themselves in the past six months. Their victory over Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey and their strong showing against Barcelona across two legs of the Supercopa proved that Atletico have the attacking and defensive tenacity to withstand even the best attacks in the league, and they’ll likely do that again against Zenit St Petersburg this week. Zenit struggled in the Champions League last season (particularly away from home) and it’s hard to see that changing here. Atletico are strong, and this result could be their signal to the rest of the competition that they are, indeed, the real deal. •Prediction: Atletico Madrid 2-0 Zenit St. Petersburg ¤ AC Milan vs Celtic
Celtic are a confidence team, and right now – having somehow made it through to the round of 32 – their confidence is pretty high. They’ll no doubt still remember their successes last year against Barcelona and co. to make it through to the knockout rounds, and will no doubt want to do that again this year. However, having sold the likes of Gary Hopper and Victor Wanyama over the summer window, one wonders where the Scottish club have the talent required to beat Europe’s elite. Milan have an abundance of attacking options at their disposal, and with Mario Balotelli and Stephan El Shaarawy running the show, will most likely be too strong for the Scottish club. A packed San Siro also helps with the intimidation factor. •Prediction: AC Milan 2-1 Celtic ¤ Barcelona vs Ajax
Ajax will struggle without Christian Eriksen, there’s no doubt about that. However, with Viktor Fischer likely to take over in the middle, Ajax are certainly capable of causing havoc in the Champions League once more this year, and will certainly fancy their chances at progressing through to the round of 16. Yet it doesn’t appear that they’ll get any help this week. Barcelona are obviously one of the heavyweights in the competition this year, and with Neymar now added to a side that made it to the semifinals in the past two seasons, it’s hard to see them dropping any points here. The Nou Camp will be in full voice, and Ajax will likely feel like they’re a long way away from home – unable to stop the dominance of tiki-taka that they’re likely to experience on the night. •Prediction: Barcelona 3-0 Ajax if ur predictions come to reality, I don win some cash be that o, betting tins |

pembisco: There was drama yesterday when an angry mob stri*ped unclad two men, Alaba Abiodun and Samuel, who were allegedly eating human flesh, but they were lucky as the timely arrival of policemen who saved them from being set ablaze.
This is how PM news reported the incident:
Earlier, a passer-by along the rail line in Ikeja saw three men in tattered dresses. One of them was making a call and one eating a meat suspected to be human flesh.
The passer-by raised an alarm that attracted the mob which instantly pounced on the two suspect human part eaters. But the one making the phone call managed to escape.
Their problem was compounded when the mob moved to their hideout behind the Ikeja Local Government Secretariat fence and found a cutlass, knife, charms and meat with fat which the mob suspected to be human flesh.
When a detachment of policemen from Area ‘F’ arrived the scene, Abiodun told them, that he was a carpenter but had no money to set up a workshop.
Abiodun claimed to be from Akiniku in Moloney area of Ilaro, Yewa, Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria. He added that he made the hideout his residence as he could not afford to rent a room for himself.
He explained that the meat discovered in their hideout was a cow fat which they eat and not human parts.
After intensive questioning, the policemen were convinced that the suspects were mistaken for human parts eaters and sellers by the mob. They were later released.
Speaking with P.M.NEWS on the incident, a police officer who preferred anonymity advised the public to investigate suspected criminals before taking any action.
But for the timely intervention of the policemen, the officer noted, the suspects would have been set ablaze.
