Dr. Sushma Jaiswal M.Sc - Dietician / Nutritionist, B.Sc Home Science According to the preconceived notion, drinking alcohol is harmful to the body. It is partly true. *Drinking alcohol is harmful to the body, but only in huge proportions.* In fact, despite popular belief, drinking alcohol is also good for health. Here are 8 alcohols that are secretly keeping you healthy: *Beer*: The most common alcoholic drink, beer is loaded with antioxidants called phenols. This protects you against suffering from heart diseases. Beer also lowers the risk of acquiring high blood pressure and helps maintaining it. *Red Wine*: Apart from being a classy drink and having the same benefits of beer, the additional brownie points of red wine is that it helps in increasing life span by generating longevity genes. It also increases good cholesterol and reduces bad cholesterol in the body. *Ethanol*: Ethanol reduces the risk of wear and tear in the brain neurons. Any damage to the neurons may lead to Alzheimer's or dementia. Hence ethanol helps to prevent any harm to the brain cells. *Vodka*: Vodka helps in clearing bad breath as the high alcohol content kills all bad odour bacteria present. It also helps to reduce stress and disinfect wound. It improves the health of the skin and stimulates hair growth. Toothache is also another issue which Vodka can work wonders on. *Whisky*: Whisky helps to numb throat pain when it is gargled in a mixture with warm water. It stimulates weight loss. Whisky also helps in preventing dementia. Other benefits of this drink that it prevents diabetes and cancer. It also helps to keep the heart healthy, increases the level of good cholesterol and terminates blood clots. Whiskey is believed to be one of the healthiest drinks among the alcoholic beverages. *Tonic*: The combination of gin and tonic is very useful while treating malarial infection as it contains quinine; which is used for the treatment of malaria. *Brandy*: Brandy is one alcoholic drink which is full of healthy antioxidants. It has anti ageing properties; hence is very good for the skin. Brandy also reduces the level of bad cholesterol in the body. It also helps in the treatment of bladder and ovarian cancer as well as sore throats and cough. *Rum*: Rum increases life longevity. It is very beneficial for the heart. It also functions as a blood thinner and helps in increasing the level of good cholesterol. Having this wonderful drink occasionally also guards you against osteoporosis and common cold... |

It’s hard to understand the true scale of Nigeria’s drug problem from mere media reports. That is, until you happen on one of the numerous stomping grounds frequented by young drug users with the empty sachets, bottles and roaches to testify. Porous borders and ineffective law enforcement have provided the perfect environment for the proliferation of drugs in Nigeria. But one green pill you are certain to find is the opioid analgesic, Tramadol . Tramadol is used in small quantities as a pain reliever. However, in large quantities, it is one of Nigeria’s most commonly abused recreational drugs. Users describe the high as a feeling of hyperactivity and heavy euphoria. The drug is also abused as an aphrodisiac, as one of its side effects is prolonging sexual performance among men However, for all the delight that can come with a high, Tramadol also has some nasty side effects, some of which are responsible for deaths among users, like the case of a young user who was killed after a overdose. 1. Physical dependence: Using opioids over a prolonged period increases the user’s tolerance till they need higher doses to get high. Along with this, users also become dependent on the drug when they use it for a long period of time. The human body adapts to the continued presence of the drug. After a while, it requires the drug to function normally or in any manner closely resembling normal functions. If a user becomes dependent and stops taking tramadol, they suffer extreme withdrawal symptoms that can make them physically ill. 2. Cognitive Decline: Opioids operate by manipulating hormones and brain functions to give the desired effects. However, constant use can affect the brain’s functions by fracturing nerves and synapses. The resultant cognitive impairment makes it difficult for the user to think and execute complex tasks. When participating in high-octane activity that require alertness, quick thinking and reaction, they often struggle and constitute a problem to themselves and others 3. Gastrointestinal Pain: Constant tramadol use can irritate the walls of the stomach and intestine and cause severe gastrointestinal pain. Like most prescription opioids, tramadol is consumed orally. While the white powder is contained within capsules, recreational users often empty it’s contents into other additives to quicken its effects. This often results in intense gastrointestinal pain, except when the drug has been consumed.

Definitely yes!! Libya under Gaddafi was not entirely hellish as the world has been made to believe. The citizens did not have the luxury of voting but Gaddafi made sure they had a high standard of living to compensate for curtailed freedoms. Was this enough? That is a moot point but the fact remains: Libya was a great place to stay under Gaddafi and is now worse off. Here are a few points which actually show that Libya was much better with Gaddafi. Education and medical treatment were free. Under Gaddafi, education and health care were free for all. A response to this claim by Masareef Edareeya , a Libyan citizen claimed the quality of education and health was appalling but that does nothing to the fact that it was free. No system is perfect but most are imperfect and still expensive. Gaddafi made sure his system was subsidised and even Mercy Corps attested to the fact in itsBeyond Gaddafi: Libya’s Governance Context . That is more than the so-called “democratic leaders” can say for their countries. Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project. The Gaddafi regime embarked on one of modern man’s edifices of development: the Great Man-Made River Project to make water available to the whole country. As is known, Libya is in a desert region and Gaddafi’s plan to ascertain every citizen of access was the Great Man-Made River Project. Libya had no external debt and had reserves of $150 billion most of which were frozen globally. Libya was a well-endowed state. To put this into perspective, the self-acclaimed champion of democracy and capitalism, the USA has a debt of over $18 trillion . Libya had none. Enough said. The price of petrol was $0,14 per litre. In 2011, Staveley Head, a UK-based provider of insurance products compiled a list of countries with the lowest petrol prices in the world. China.org.cn reported the listing which put Libya at third position with its low $0,14. Gender equality actually a reality. Women in Libya were free to work and dress as they liked , subject to family constraints. The “dictator” did not impose any particular repressive canon on women and considering the sensitivities of the Arab community to gender roles, this was a big feat. Universal access to primary education was achieved in a relatively short space of time under Gaddafi. |

I had similar experience during my service year too bro, I guess you're serving in the east, they were so daring in my own case that they unbuttoned their shirts at times to reveal their boobs or sit with their legs spread in order to entice me, I must admit it might be tempting if you're not well determined, but simply ignoring them might not be enough to put them off, mine was a girls school so I had to be more explicit by letting them know I won't indulge in such acts and they should stop. That earned me a lot of hatred from the students at first as they went about writing they hate me on the walls around the school where I could easily see them. But at the end, virtually all of them liked me for what I stood for and I earned a lot of respect not only from the students but also from the teachers as I got a lot of gifts at the end of my service year, but above all I had some kind of self fulfilment for not tarnishing my image. My advice for you bro is not only to ignore them, chastise them if you find them in the acts, they might develop hatred for you but it's better than them liking you when you compromise. |
This is a question I'll like to get answers to, what really makes prayers work,is it our righteousness, the intensity of the prayers, the duration or the state of mind |
Yesterday in Constantine in Algeria, the Super Eagles rounded up their 2018 World Cup qualifiers. It was a dead rubber match because they had since qualified for the World Cup in Russia. The Eagles had opened their 2018 World Cup qualifiers with a stunning 2-1 away win over Zambia, they returned home to beat the Desert Foxes of Algeria 3-1 in Uyo. At the resumption of the qualifiers in September, the Eagles devoured the Lions of Cameroon 4-0 in Uyo and followed up with another 1-1 draw against the reigning African champions in Yaounde. Thus, with their 1-0 victory over the Chipolopolo of Zambia on October 7 in Uyo, the Eagles amassed unassailable 13 points from five matches played to pick the group B ticket ahead of former African champions, Cameroon, Algeria and Zambia. Looking at the performance of the Super Eagles under Franco-German tactician Gernor Rohr, it will only be affair to commend the players for sparring their fans the usual suspension, anxiety and permutations they are exposed to each time the Eagles prosecute the World Cup qualifiers. Although each player contributed their quota in one way or the other to the success of the team, some of them distinguished themselves throughout the qualifiers. While some scored very important goals, others ensured the defence didn’t leak goals just as others provided the much need inspiration for the team. Therefore, without undermining the contributions of other players in the team, I have identified five outstanding Eagles who propelled the team to their sixth World Cup. In addition, with their outstanding performances, the five are sure bets for Russia 2018, unless the unexpected happens before the mundial. 1. Victor Moses: The Chelsea of England man used the 2018 World Cup qualifiers to appease those fans who before now accused him of not showing enough commitment to the Super Eagles. At a stage, it was even alleged that he chooses matches to play for Nigeria. However, such accusations and doubts have been dispelled by his superlative outing for the Eagles in the just concluded qualifiers. Apart from yesterday’s match, Moses played all the matches making significant impact as he literally drove the team to success. He also contributed three goals to the11 goals scored by the team in the five matches he played. The Chelsea star who missed yesterday’s match against Algeria due to hamstring injury scored a brace against Algeria and was on target again against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in Uyo. 2. Alex Iwobi: Although he missed the double header against Cameroon, the Arsenal youngster proved his mettle in the team’s attack by scoring the two most important goals in the team’s campaign. He scored Nigeria’s first goal in the opening match against Zambia in Ndola. As fate would have it, after missing out of the party against Lions of Cameroon because of injury, he returned to score the goal that sealed Nigeria’s ticket to the 2018 World Cup. When it appeared the Zambians would spoil the Super Eagles’ party right in front of their teeming fans, Iwobi stepped forward to score the goal that broke the hearts of the Chipolopolo. 3. John Mikel Obi: The former Chelsea of England man justified why he is the captain of the team as he did not only provide the much needed inspiration but scored two goals, one against the Desert Foxes of Algeria and another against the highly rated Lions of Cameroon. He led by example by being among the first to report to camp. The Tianjin TEDA of China player also exhibited the required leadership on the field of play. Although he was substituted in some of the matches, it was not about his abilities but the law of diminishing returns which is catching up with the immensely talented captain. He will be making his second World Cup appearance having missed out of the 2010 edition due to injury. 4. William Troost-Ekong: The centre back who plays for Bursaspor in the Turkish topflight has formed a formidable partnership with Leo Balogun in the heart of the Super Eagles defence. What is now referred to as the ‘Oyibo wall’ is made possible by the former Netherland junior international. He played in all the matches and effectively coordinated the defence of the team just as he occasionally popped forward to make goal attempts. Thus, barring unforeseen circumstances, the player who made his debut for the Super Eagles on June 13 against Chad in the AFCON qualifiers has booked his ticket to Russia. His stellar performances have won for him the hearts of millions of Nigerian football fans. 5. Wilfred Ndidi: Call this young Leicester City defensive midfielder the ‘silent operator’ and you won’t be far from the truth for he does defensive business without much ado. Within a short period of time, the former Flying Eagles star has shown so much maturity and is preferred ahead of some of the older players in the team. His move to the English Premier League from Belgium has indeed increased his confidence level such that he now plays with a swagger. He reads play very well and makes timely interceptions. In addition, his long passes have caused opposing defences lots of troubles. Although he could not convince Rohr when he experimented with him in the right-full back position, Ndidi is no doubt a versatile defender. Like the other four, unless something goes wrong before the World Cup, he will be on the flight to Russia for his first World Cup experience.

This article is dedicated to Olusegun Obasanjo’s children. This former president of Nigeria has 20 children, 19 of which are biological. Each of his children are a real pride to their father, they all work hard in selected industries and have achieved great successes. His family has however been associated with several scandals in media. Keep reading to learn more. Obasanjo provided information about his children in his memoir “My Watch”. Unfortunately, he said nothing about the mothers of his children. Olusegun Obasanjo children's names are Iyabo; Dare; Gbenga; Toyosi; Deboye; Bukola; Kofo; Busola; Biyi; Olu; Seun; Bisoye; Funke; Segun; Damilola; Bola; Jonwo; Dayo; Funso; Kunle. His non-biological child is his nephew Kunle, whom he adopted at an early age and has treated him like his very own biological child ever since. Obasanjo’s children are all well-educated; 8 of them hold doctoral degrees in philosophy and have made significant contributions to their fields of study. Almost all his children has 1 or 2 master's degrees. Iyabo Obasanjo-Bello paved the path for her other siblings, and her father never ceases to praises her for showing a good example Iyabo Obasanjo-Bello Iyabo was born on April 27, 1967. Her mother’s name is Esther Oluremi. Iyabo studied at Lagos and Kaduna. She obtained a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Ibadan. She also studied abroad in California and New York and obtained a Ph.D. Before returning to her homeland in 2003, Iyabo conducted several clinical research works in the United States. In 2003, her car was attacked by some unidentified men. Fortunately, Iyabo was not inside the vehicle at the time, but 5 other people lost their lives in the incidence. The criminals have not been caught till date. Iyabo participated in senatorial elections in Nigeria. Prior to that, she served as a Commissioner for Health in Ogun State. She recorded success in the 2007 elections and became a Nigerian senator representing Ogun state. Some people challenged her election, but the tribunal confirmed that the victory was fair. In 2008, she was charged with allegations of financial crimes for embezzlement of state money from the Ministry of Health. At the end of the year, not all funds reportedly missing got returned to treasury. The sum of N300m was declared missing and it was believed that the officials of the Ministry distributed the money amongst themselves. The Minister and Deputy at that time returned the money and resigned. Iyabo, however, did not return the N10m allegedly appropriated to her and claimed that the money was spent on legitimate purposes. The case was later closed in 2009. She insisted that the case was brought up to blackmail and harass her because she is the daughter of a former president. Iyabo was a member of several committees that dealt with land, transport, health, intelligence, education, security, technology, science planning issues and inter-parliamentary organizations. She ran for re-election at the PAP platform, but this attempt was unsuccessful as she ended up with almost 2 times fewer votes than her opponent. Adeboye Obasanjo This Lieutenant Colonel and army engineer attracted considerable attention when he was wounded by Boko Haram members in Mubi, in the year 2014; he sustained severe leg injuries in the incident and had to be admitted at a hospital. Before this, he worked at the 3rd Division at Plateau State. In 2008, he married Daisy Nyada. The wedding ceremony took place at the mansion of his father at Abeokuta. Dare Obasanjo Dare Obasanjo lives in the USA. He is a Principal Program Manager in Microsoft. In an interview he granted earlier, he revealed that he works with social networks and software development. Dare likes that his activities affect the lives of millions of people. The programs he writes take a lot of energy and time, but the result is really worth it. He is a quite professional, serious and hardworking person who perfectly carries out duties assigned to him. One more interesting thing about Dare is that he is married to a white lady and they have children. Gbenga Obasanjo This medical doctor (epidemiologist) is Obasanjo’s first son; some time back, his father received the scare of his life when he got a message that Gbenga had died in a plane crash which took place a few minutes after take-off in Lagos, and journalists quickly spread rumors that he was one of the 13 persons who died in the crash. The former president received the sad news during a photoshoot with schoolchildren. However, the whole story turned out untrue and it was discovered that Gbenga survived. There is one more interesting story about this son. The public watched with his interest while he went through a scandalous divorce from his ex-wife, Moji Amope. He accused his father of having an intimate relationship with his wife, and also insisted that she had been sleeping with several other men. It was a very huge scandal and all his shocking accusations were heard in court, and quickly caught the interest of the media. Gbenga and Moji got married in 2000 in Ikeya and broke up 4 year after. In 2004, Moji left home and did not return until the start of their messy trial. The supposed purpose of her intimate connection with the ex-president was to obtain government contracts. The woman allegedly received remuneration in the form of several oil contracts in NNPC. Gbenga said in court that all her actions brought him severe pain, so he wanted to break the marriage. He also wished for a paternity test to confirm that he is indeed the father of the two children his union produced, because of Moji's numerous intimate relationships with other men.

When meeting Her Majesty, there are certain things you shouldn't do in order to avoid looking rude or offending her .However majority of the courtesies are only meant for UK citizens You shouldn't touch Protocol says anyone meeting Queen Elizabeth for the first time should wait for her to extend her hand first. And even afterwards, contact should be kept to a minimum. That means hugs and kisses are a major no no. You shouldn't be sitting As soon as the Queen enters the room, everyone must stand to greet her and should not sit down until she does. Only then is it polite to take a rest. You shouldn't just stand there If you're a citizen of the United States, you can simply shake hands, but in Great Britain, men and women must bow or curtsy . When Angelina Jolie, who is a US citizen met the Queen, she did a little of all three, because it's better to be safe than sorry. You shouldn't show up casual If there's a dress code , follow it. And never, under any circumstances, show up in flip-flops, torn jeans or a revealing outfit. You shouldn't show up without a gift Bringing a gift is a must , but it should always be appropriate for the occasion. For instance, if the Queen visits your hometown, it's common to give her something that is from there and indicative of your culture. You shouldn't use nicknames Even though you might feel like you've known the Queen your whole life, remember: she doesn't know you. When you first meet her, address her as "Your Majesty." Use "Ma'am" the rest of the time, except when you say farewell, which should be "Your Majesty" once again. You shouldn't speak unless spoken to When around the Queen, you should follow the same rule some people use for kids, which is "little children should be seen and not heard." This allows for the Queen to carry the conversation - or put it to a stop, if she so desires. You shouldn't lag behind When walking with the Queen, keep the same pace as her . This ensures you're alongside her and can introduce her as needed when moving from room to room. You shouldn't eat first It's customary that the Queen should take the first bite at the table and when she's done eating, you should be too. You shouldn't slurp your tea Since tea is huge part of the British culture, you should drink it as the Queen does. Hold the tea cup, not the cup and saucer, when at the table, and never, ever slurp as you drink . |

The entire WTI curve is close to moving back over 50 dollars per barrel , with only September and October a notch below that level The price rise put both crude benchmarks on track for a sixth consecutive session of gains . Prices have risen around 10 per cent since the last meeting of leading members by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC ) and other major producers, including Russia . At that instance , the group discussed potential measures to further tighten oil markets. “ U. S inventories are showing massive draw down, Saudi Arabia seems intent on playing its role as the world ’ s swing producer . “ Impending sanctions on Venezuela by the U. S will almost certainly be oil price- supportive, ” said Jeffrey Halley , an analyst at futures brokerage, OANDA. The U. S is considering imposing sanctions on Venezuela ’ s vital oil sector in response to Sunday ’ s election of a constitutional super - body that Washington has denounced as a “ sham ” vote. However , traders said the biggest price supporter was currently a tightening U. S oil market . “ Strong increases in the price of oil … ( were) fuelled in large part by the substantial drawdowns in U. S . inventories over the past several weeks , ” said William O ’ Loughlin , analyst at Rivkin Securities . “ A continuation of this trend could indicate the oil market is rebalancing thanks to the production cuts by OPEC and Russia , ” he added . After rising by more than 10 per cent since mid- 2016 , U. S oil production dipped by 0 . 2 per cent to 9 . 41 million barrels per day (bpd) in the week to July 21 . Drilling for new US production is also slowing, with just 10 rigs added in July, the fewest since May 2016 . The tighter market was also visible in the price curve, which shows backwardation in the front end. Backwardation is a market condition in which prices for immediate delivery of a product are higher than those later on . |
Successful entrepreneurs are a unique breed of individuals. They sacrifice a lot of things to ensure the smooth running of their businesses. In fact, they are very obsessed with being an entrepreneur. For them, they don't joke with their morning schedule because if they start off the day on the wrong note, they may not be very productive or motivated. Hence, they ensure that they do not miss their morning routine. Jumia Travel, the online travel agency identifies the things successful entrepreneurs do before 7 am. 1- They are prepared for the day They sleep early and wake very early to plan their day. This will prevent them from rushing out of the door every morning and also help them deal with stress. 2- Eat a healthy breakfast A healthy breakfast is the most important meal of the day since it’s going to oil their brain and body for the day. So, they do not play with their breakfast. Also, they ensure that they do not eat junk foods and fruits are not far away from them. 3- Their phone is not the first thing they check When some persons wake up, the first thing they check is their phone. Entrepreneurs don't do this. In fact, you won't find their phones close to them when they sleep because it can interrupt their naps. Hence to avoid morning distractions, they avoid their phones in the mornings. They will check it later. 4- Set goals and priorities The best time to plan your day and set goals, as well as priorities, is in the mornings. For each day, entrepreneurs write down these goals and try as much as possible to achieve these set goals. 5 -They exercise and meditate They regularly exercise and meditate to reduce stress, increase energy, and help them sleep better. In addition, it gives their immune system a boost. 6-They motivate themselves Entrepreneurs are humans and sometimes they feel overwhelmed. They also need to be encouraged. They don't wait for others to motivate them. They motivate themselves. That is why you see them upbeat and animate every day |
Every woman that has attained the age of puberty is bound to experience monthly discharge of blood from the female reproductive organ, lasting through a period of 3-7 days, depending on the individual. While this lasts, the body requires special care and attention, as this period is usually accompanied with mood swings and discomfort. To enjoy maximum comfort during your cycle, below are seven things you must avoid. 1- Consuming dairy products Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese are good sources of calcium and you need calcium during your cycle. However, you should take minimal or completely avoid dairy products during your cycle because they contain an acid called arachidonic acid that can cause more cramping and bloating in the lower abdomen. Green vegetables, fish and bone meals are good alternative sources of calcium. 2- Going to bed without a tampon or sanitary pads Do not risk going to bed without protection, with the assumption that your flow would be light. You might end up making a mess of your night wear, sheets and bed. 3- Less or no protection towards end of cycle The menstrual flow is relatively lighter as the cycle draws to close. However, you should avoid going out without wearing protection as it could be unpredictable. If you feel uncomfortable wearing tampons or pads, you could use a panty liner towards the end of your cycle. 4- Using dark coloured or rubbery underwear Dark colours are good conductors of heat. Your pubic area should be free of moisture and heat during your cycle. Light coloured cotton underwears are advisable as they provide more comfort. 5- Wearing white pants While bright coloured underwear is advised, it could land you in an embarrassing situation. This is particularly for ladies with heavy flow. A dark coloured pant would relatively conceal stains on pants compared to a white underpant. 6- Going out without a spare pad and underwear Life is all about risks but you don’t want to risk the world seeing a pool or stain of menstrual red on your body. Always go out with a spare pad, tampon and underwear in case you need to change. 7- Using the same sanitary piece for an extensive period Do not use your sanitary pad for more than six hours even if the boxes of pads or tampons say you could go eight hours straight. Prolonged use of sanitary pads or tampons can lead to bacterial infection, cause bad odour and impair comfort. |

On the other hand if these Earths were squished inside with no wasted space then around 1,300,000 would fit inside. The Sun’s surface area is 11,990 times that of the Earth’s. Solar System. The mass of the Sun is approximately 330,000 times greater than that of Earth. It is almost three quarters Hydrogen, whilst most of the remaining mass is Helium. The Sun is an almost perfect sphere. There is only a 10 kilometre difference in its polar diameter compared to its equatorial diameter. Considering the vast expanse of the Sun, this means it is the closest thing to a perfect sphere that has been observed in nature. million degrees Celsius. At the Sun’s core, energy is generated by nuclear fusion, as Hydrogen converts to Helium. Because hot objects generally expand, the Sun would explode like a giant bomb if it weren’t for its enormous gravitational force. The temperature on the surface of the Sun is closer to 5,600 degrees Celsius. Eventually, the Sun will consume the Earth. When all the Hydrogen has been burned, the Sun will continue for about 130 million more years, burning Helium, during which time it will expand to the point that it will engulf Mercury and Venus and the Earth. At this stage it will have become a red giant Earth. After its red giant phase, the Sun will collapse, retaining its enormous mass, but containing the approximate volume of our planet. When this happens, it will be called a white dwarf. reach Earth. With a mean average distance of 150 million kilometres from Earth and with light travelling at 300,000 kilometres per second, dividing one by the other gives us an approximate time of 500 seconds, or eight minutes and 20 seconds. Although this energy reaches Earth in a few minutes, it will already have taken millions of years to travel from the Sun’s core to its surface. second. The Sun is 24,000-26,000 light years from the galactic centre and it takes the Sun 225-250 million years to complete an orbit of the centre of the Milky Way . throughout the year. Because the Earth travels on an elliptical orbit around the Sun, the distance between the two bodies varies from 147 to 152 million kilometres. The distance between the Earth and the Sun is called an Astronomical Unit (AU). The Sun is middle-aged. At around 4.5 billion years old, the Sun has already burned off about half of its store of Hydrogen. It has enough left to continue to burn Hydrogen for approximately another 5 billion years. The Sun is currently a type of star known as a Yellow Dwarf The Sun has a very strong magnetic field. Solar flares occur when magnetic energy is released by the Sun during magnetic storms, which we see as sunspots. In sunspots, the magnetic lines are twisted and they spin, much like a tornado would on Earth. The Sun generates solar wind. This is a stream of charged particles, which travels through the Solar System at approximately 450 kilometres per second. Solar wind occurs where the magnetic field of the Sun extends into space instead of following its surface. |
