Anyone can post pictures of anyone he/she had issues with and use one story to tarnish the person's image.
How are you sure the guy didn't just get a girlfriend the op was also eyeing?
If he is sure of his story he should have posted the guy's place of work and phone contact.
With it people can verify if the accused works there and if such incident as narrated by the Op ever happened.
