Nigeria will forever be damned because of people like you.

Strawpicking, when you should be condemning the extorting hoodlums.

Person catch thief, you say e no supposed hol am for leg...say na hand. cheesy
I'm not strawpicking, don't be fooled by his act
He can give him according punishment but not post it on the media to gather the favour of the mases and act like they are rending active services.

If we are to investigate the officer, he will be guilty of extortion or corruption.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: My Interview Experience by WareLogMan(m): 5:55pm On May 04, 2024

Last week Friday, I went out in high spirit hoping to get an interview right. It appears no matter how hard you read and prepare for interviews, there are still some questions that'll shake you.
I was asked if I saw two birds fighting in front of my house how do I solve that in relation to the story of a young boy struggling to make sense of a difficult world?.

Oh by the way, It was a job interview at an orphanage home.
Interview Experience matters alot, it will make you think forward and be more equipped for subsequent interviews.
We Ace some and learn from others
Don't be troubled it's all a process. Gather yourself together and prepare for the next. You might be surprised that you would be given a second phase for the same Interview. Chance!

Not saying anything at all during the Interview will make it worse.
Cheer up Man.

Rexymania:
You no wise at all...you will chase the bird...

The answer to that question is simple....

You will pour out grains to distract the fighting bird and you will support the struggling boy by providing psychological help... material or financial

Use the second question to answer the first question
You don't say such abusive words.
You answered the question posted by the OP because you had enough time to process it and must have gotten some clues from other people's response above.

You can make your point but don't say he's not wise. You wouldn't even come up with a reasonable response if you were in his shoes. MR SOLOMON!!!

As at then, my salary was less than 300,000 and my expectation was 400,000 and above. Though, we deliberated on that and we reached an agreement before they revealed my location to me. So, I don't think that should be the challenge. Besides, the negotiation was based on the experience I have. Thanks bro.
The salary negotiated is probably above their salary budget nor other member of the HR team got another cheaper best fit for the Job hence the reason your processing HR didn't get back to you after providing neccessary documents as requested.

Notwithstanding, you know your worth, you did get another great offer.

currently lives and work a 250k monthly Job in Lagos, recently I got an offer for a 500k job in portHarcourt so am still contemplating whether to accept the offer or not. I heard portHarcourt is very expensive compare to Lagos, so I don't want to make wrong decision.
If you are still single, take the PH Job.
If you are married and already have a family, just stay within Lagos. And keep shooting high.

Take the PH one
That's extra 250k to save monthly, and that's 3M year.
That's also 9M in 3yrs, enough to pay ransom when you get kidnapped
Lol
What kind of irrational thought is this.

CareerRe: Are These Expected To Happen In Warehouse Of An FMCG Production Sector by WareLogMan(op): 5:05pm On Dec 10, 2023
fmcjunior:
Shortages and excesses are unavoidable when it comes to physical counting of inventory. Most of them occur due to the arrangement of the warehouse, product formation on pallets and the likes. Whenever I experience these irregularities, I just relax for some few minutes, check if my system entries are accurate and then recount. The differences after counting should be +-5, depending on the size of the inventory to be counted. Say for around 10,000pcs for a particular SKU, difference shouldn't be more than 2. All these are from my experiences working with warehouses. Hope I was able to help.
Thanks brother
No other better way to have answered this question. That was helpful.

From your end, how do you treat shortages and excesses that lingers for a very long time.
Do you deduct from the shortages from staffs salary while uour receive in the excess into the system.

Or you make one sku knock out the other so as to balance the stock?
CareerAre These Expected To Happen In Warehouse Of An FMCG Production Sector by WareLogMan(op):
I greet all professionals in the Warehousing and Logistics Section.

I work as a warehouse supervisor in an FMCG production Company.
I needs answers to this questions as we do incure shortage of stocks btw one to 3 three cartons per SKUs on a weekly basis while sometimes few excess in which we won't know where it came from and no customer ever complain of them been short Loaded.

From previous work experiences which is not an FMCG, no shortages were incured but in this current and being an FMCG which supplies cut across the whole nations. There are always shortage of stock in the Warehouse and atimes we have excess of few stock items after all projected customers must have been loaded as per daily plan.

My question again for those that work in an FMCG sector, are such shortages and excesses bound to happen. What could have led to such events?

I heard one of my superior say, its an fmcg and bound to have such occurrence but if the shortage is more that a particular quantity then it must be questioned.

I await your responses professionals.
Thank you.
