I think the issue is about the number of people requesting for the date. considering that they said the requirement is 60days before but I want to assume they would consider someone who has 30days or 20days to resumption. This is my #thought.

There are two dates on your I-20. Did you use the earliest date or the later date on the far left that says “start of class”?

What date exactly did you apply for the expedited date?

How about if he split his deficit to say....My dad will be supporting me with $... and my uncle will also be contributing $... toward my education. If am right, he can only list one person on ds160 (I stand to be corrected). but he can explain himself better verbally.

You attempt to change what your Dad do? During interview, one of the key things VO note down in their remark section on applicant's profile is what sponsor does. If you say he is a farmer during first interview and that interview did not go well and you reapply and during second interview you say he is a mechanic, it will lead to automatic refusal. They would see it as lying/misrepresentation.

Also, I always say it, a consular would not take your statement if he/she is not interested in approving you. They always take the statement to look to seal their conviction that student is credible. So using this context, you satisfy consular during the interview, but your statement did not convince him/her that your Dad can comfortably pay.

Now, the following interview, changing school can be nice, but only when it will significantly change your case, or make your case favourable. VOs are human too; sometimes, they can see you as unserious student when your application is riddled with inconsistency. And that is why it is good to come to this thread and share your stories and ask for advise, then use that knowledge to decide what you think is best for you.

This is my opinion: I perceive you have a remark that says your sponsor may not be able to comfortably pay your COA due to the balance on the statement when you first applied. Secondly, it is possible your answer about what your sponsor do, did not sit well with the first VO, hence left a remark that affected other interviews.
My Advise: Do not reapply now. Please! Get a full-tuition scholarship and go back. You will get your visa. However, if you feel convinced that reapplying with your current profile still hold a good chance, please try again.

I would say the amount of deficit doesn't matter. We have seen other instances of more deficit with a relative as sponsor. In my Opinion, I dont think its the fees. I would say he/she should have explained in detail how the journey has been since 2006. such as 2007-08 diploma, I worked 1 year as teacher, doctor, etc. 2010 I started another NCE program blah blah blah. I now work as an engeer with ABC since 2019 till date. Make sure they are well structured and in line.

If you want truth, I'll tell you. You're above 20 years, and "an agent" most likely with no qualification, came and told you it's impossible to apply for an F1 visa (schooling), at that age I mean an easy Google search would have given you an idea that your agent is probably more clueless than Nigerias current president. Now you're coming here when the deed has been done saying you're confused. The truth is, you're not actually confused you just need someone here to encourage you in your despicable act.

You might be lucky the VO won't ask/notice of which I highly doubt, or you might be unlucky that the VO finds out and gives you an outright ban (10 years) for falsifying documents. Because at this point I don't know how anyone can assist you, your passport and your i20 contradicts.

You're always advised never to use agents, but some of us have too much to throw to the wind.

I would suggest you stay in Abuja Center. Getting date in Lagos is like wanting $1 at the rate of N400.
From what I know about you missing the available date reserved for you, I think it took you a while before logging in to pick the date that was open for you. The dates are not only visible to you, it’s visible to other people who had not requested for expedited date.

Uk tourist visa is somehow difficult to get especially when you have been refused by another country who stamped your booklet. In a case like this, you will need a strong ties to your home country and a good bank account t. I have seen situations like this before.
