If i am going to them which my Dad suggests, do I need to book an appointment or i can just go without an appointment? i check the link for an appointment, but the only option there is a biometric appointment hence no option for passport submission

I need urgent help. The original passport was requested but I don't know where to submit it

Please someone direct me on how to go about the passport submission Can I send it through courier?
