Are you intelligent at all? The point of contention here is that point in Abia is not 5 miles away from the Atlantic Ocean. Or 25 Nautical miles is now equal to 5 miles?
Let me add this, the port in Rivers is 40 nautical miles from the Ocean, but River state can access the ocean without passing through another state. Abia can not access the Ocean without passing through another state.
