Your argument seems correct but at the same time lopsided. Businesses are closing or failing. You talked about rent. There's a two bedroom apartments in my area that's 1.1m. It's only one seemingly Yahoo boy that has taken it. The remaining 3 flats is still there untaken for like 4 months now. Or you think middle class people like lecturers, medical doctors would in their right senses pay for such. The point is that the economy is crumbling and things are going haywire. Imagine a lecturer earning about 250 to 350k and can't afford to rent a two/three bedroom flats because prices are now between 800k to 2m. Pls take your time to think about it. Or you think someone in his right sense would use about 5 or 6 monthly income to pay annual rent.

My bro when inflation bites hard and purchasing power reduces if you desire to keep your standard of living as it were you have to look for other means of income.
I am sure u are familiar with the fact that people have 2-3 jobs in the abroad, why do you think one person will have 2-3 jobs? Obviously not because he is a workaholic.
What stops a lecturer from taking part time jobs?? The average lecturer wants to go to 8-4 come back home and keep their legs on a stool.
Staying on the lecturer example. I know someone who is employed in OAU, does part time lecturing in Babcock uni and at the same time has a jamb/IELTS training center.
I am not trying to discredit anybody's effort but tough times beget tough measures.

Sometime ago the National PDP said that all State excos whose tenures were expiring should continue for another 6 months.
But Wike connived with Damagun to change the names for Rivers state.
Fubara as sitting governor now used APP to win his LGAs.
We all know that these LGA chairmen will decamp back to PDP as soon as he gets the structure like other sitting governors.
So tell me what is anti party here?

IGP is no body to stop an election scheduled. If the court had ordered him to stop the election that is apart but as at today no court in the land says election should not hold, they only say INEC should not give voters' register and police should not give security coverage for the election. Thankfully, there is no law that says compulsory police must process security coverage for an election in Nigeria, as there are many security agencies that can provide security coverage in Nigeria, even man-o-war and vigilante can provide security too.
